Oh the group of forwards who jump up and down on the spot when their hard working teammates can't find space to hit them on the target, and when they do these 'leaders' drop the marks anyway. Brad Green is ruining his career with each game he is playing as captain. I'm not telling him to relinquish it for the good of the team (although it's required) i'm telling him to do it for the good of his career.

Cannot comprehend how everyone is laying blame on the backman. When the ball is run into the backline as quick as it was there was no chance for the youngsters of Tapscott, Strauss and Nicholson to have any chance. The blame has to lie with the forwards for one of the weakest displays of forward pressure and being accountable i've ever seen and the midfielders for not helping out one bit. Makes me sick that 2 20 year olds in Nicholson and Strauss are the one's being made accountable for what happened yesterday. It's a joke and it sums up MFC at the moment. Passing off the blame to the next person along the line. Bull****

My best friend is very involved in the club and told me that Tom truthfully hasn't even heard the offer from GWS nor has he spoken with Melbourne about an offer. Suggested that whilst the offers have been made to the media that an actual offer has never been discussed by either party with Tom. FWIW he thinks Tom will stay. Take it with a grain of salt

I don't support this club to make me a good human being. I support this team to win me a premiership. I couldn't give two squats about what the media says he would do to a club's image but if this person is going to position MFC closer to a premiership than I want him. The man isn't Brendan Fevola, a lieing addict, he made one enormous error has admitted to his mistake and is moving on with his life and hopefully with his footballing. Anyone hear Andrew Krakouer screaming? I'm over Melbourne not taking a risk. Clubs are flying past whilst we sit on our bums offering one 19 year old 6 million dollars. FWIW, I don't think we will pick him up because the board is full of anti-risk takers but I'll bump this one in a few years because he's the X we'll always be screaming for.

At our club we have a plethora of aboriginal support for him, and a great club culture (playing for jim etc). We also lack a gun HFF who is quick. Would be a perfect pick.

Hahaha snomeD that is funny. Tambling for Bolton is a pisser. I can understand your disappointment and I personally apologise for the frustration it has caused however, the point of veto-ing a trade is when you feel one team is getting a far better deal than another. With all the big trades people have been able to explain themselves and by no fault of your own, being a modest poster your big trades were often left unexplained. I personally was vetoing for what I saw was the good of the competition but lesson learnt and hopefully now it'll all work out!

Im with you all the way! Really confident this week. Hawks coming off the bye, and some big names struggling. Here are the keys for me: The obvious: Mitchell- McKenzie pressure is on but you have to do the job and play your best game of the year if we're a chance. The key. Franklin- Obvious but I think we'll play Frawley on him with Garland coming as a 2nd man as cover. Hopefully he zones better than last week. Cyril- If he plays, needs to be stopped. Strauss has proved bar last week a shutdown role is his forte or do we take the safer Bartram option? The mysteries: Shane Savage- Everytime this bloke gets 20+ touches Hawthorn win. He has X and alot of it. IMO should be almost Rising Star. We ignore him we will lose. Josh Gibson- Could almost win Hawthorn BNF without Mitchell. His rebound has come on 10 fold. Must curtail his influence and therefore Jurrah needs to work harder. Much harder defensively on him. Finally, Al Clarkson- Dean needs to pressure Alistair into bad moves. It's known he can make blunders in judgement. We had our foot so firmly on their throat in Round 2 and let them off but it won't happen again. Bailey has the ability to outcoach this guy and for mine a win against the Hawks will see a new contract come the end of the year. Over to you Deano.

Let me tell you if i was to win the Minor Premiership my signature would be making everyone aware. UF success must be known to all. I'd be all for allowing the winner to gloat in the glory of UF success!!

This is my pet hate with some posters. The kid has beaten his opponent every week but this one, and his first down game and he's expected to be dropped for a 28year old going nowhere. He's played 6 games, a down game was coming and just like Trengove and Scully did last year, he was beaten by his opponent. Just because he wasn't pick 1 or 2 doesn't mean one down game requires a dropping. We're building for the future remember...

Interesting one. Martin has certainly been the biggest 'find' as such because he's gone from a no-where player to a low a-grade 90's style utility player. Can really play in any position and with a tiny bit more tweaking can be a really great footballer for the MFC. For me though, the emergence of Jack has to win it. Alot were having doubts, even myself but he's dug the graves for the haters and than filled it over with hard aggressive yet quality football. He truly could be a god.

On a complete side note.. Is your display photo taken at Halong Bay, Vietnam by chance?
