You are correct however all reports from the Melbourne camp suggest Jamar is very grateful for Melbourne holding on and letting him grow for as long as they did and thus feels indebted to Melbourne and woud stick around for as long as wanted. Irrespective of skill set, I think the most telling thing is a how we all debated how he'd come back after such a horrific injury. Questions were being asked by all of us because some players will never beat the mental battle. James from all training reports seems to have not missed a training in the rehab group, is now in full training and according to the Sun will play in the NAB Cup. It is that drive that makes me excited about his ability to play for MFC. His skill set is natural but his mental capacity was often questioned. The drive that he has shown to get himself back in the door for Round 1 is something I think will be pivotal in turning his career from a Pick 19 potential into a best 18 footballer for years to come.

This is where I like to debate. I'm not making an example of you here CB but one thing that frustrates me is the continual idea of Tapscott being the best kick in the team. Just because he is the longest doesn't relate to being the best in my opinion. I watched alot of his early kick outs last year that missed a heap of short targets and when he is trying to pinpoint again I question the elite aspect. Fantastic at releasing a big bomb but just not for me in terms of our best kick. Id way prefer a Jimmy Bartel in the centre circle to find a leading forward than Luke. That said he is only 20..

I've been lucky enough to be inside Aami park and the gym facility is honestly mind boggling with even the recreation room for the players amazing. In regards to the gym it is literally the size of football oval filled with every equipment you could think of. Never seen Carlton's but it'd have to be good

Think this is the way I'll do it. Seems to me like there are alot of people who are scoring low to mid 50k's which is very bloody competitive. With this I think we can make some great leagues. The way I think we should do it is also tag them with Melbourne legends. Stynes League, Neeld League etc. The bottom league will be League Bailey

Just realised that Supercoach opens up on the 1st of Feb this year and I thought I'd get on the front foot in setting up a/multiple supercoach leagues that we as DemonLand could get around. I can remember the interest was quite high last year in that a few leagues were set up but I found last years format was poor with byes and put me off it a little. I'm sure a few others may have felt the same and therefore may have lesser numbers but let's give it a go. Paine's finger by all reports is far worse than expected. One person I've spoken to has even suggested his career in general is in strife purely through the finger not making any proper progress recovering. He's not a doctor though so it is only what he's been told. I think Wade will make a more than adequate replacement. Heaps better keeper than Haddin and his style is far more suited to modern day test cricket than Brads. It wouldn't shock me if he didn't play in the West Indies.

100% exactly what I was about to type. Called up the other day because I have the Elite package which was about $130 per month. Said I'd been a user for years blah blah im paying $89 now. Foxtel do somethings poorly but their phone customer service is fantastic and they do deals more than any company I can think off. If it takes 15 minutes of your time and they wont satisfy your needs hang up and you've lost nothing..

It pains me to say this because there is nothing I love more than Melbourne FC but it is by far the best run game in the world and in turn makes it one of the most exciting seasons. Absolutely. Wholeheartedly agree with the atmosphere comment, I just found id go to the pub was a few beers and a Parma and be spending more in 2 weeks than getting foxtel for the month! However at the end of the day it isn't for everyone and I understand your point I'm just mentioning I can't see it happening for a while. I'm moderately sure Austar does a more flexible package than Foxtel an theyll be showing foxfooty. Maybe look up their website it's also cheaper too!

Understand where you and sue are coming from but at the end of the day their business plan clearly suggests they see better opportunities in making people get full packages. Yes it may remove people from you from the package, but I can guarantee constantly heading to a friends every weekend to catch games or hearing about how much better the coverage is will probably see you signing up for the basic package + sport this time in 4 months.
