Hmmmm, he seems to constantly kick bags of goals for Casey so then he gets a game, and sure, does not do to well, but he is dropped and I do not think he is given long enough to get some form going in the seniors. Im not saying he should be pumped full of game time, just making an excuse for him, because its what we do at this club.

He has only played 20 somthing games IIRC and we use this excuse for every other inexperienced player, so why not him?

Grimes needs to be moved from defence, his kicking is not up to it at the moment and I think it would be better for the team if he was in the middle winning the ball and giving it off to the better ball users.

He profesionally put himself out of the way today, by leading into spots where he knew he would not get the ball. He does not want it at the moment. He should be dropped on that performance.

Do not forget that Robbie Campbell played in defence for Hawthorn in there premiership year, im not suggesting that he is the straight swap for Frawley, but just abit more insurance for tall defenders.

Being explosive is not all about power in the legs, it is something that is not easily attained. Morton getting stronger in the legs will help, but, he will still not be like Adam Goodes in terms of explosive power.

He is not explosive enough to be a player like Adam Goodes.

Obviously you didn't read the article I posted. He played in the VAFA and won the league Best and Fairest when he was there. Then he went into Division 1 EFL and won the league best and fairest each year he was playing, except for one where he did his shoulder. Then, as you know, he won the league best and fairest in division 2. I know that AFL is alot faster and more skilled then the EFL, but, IMO, Bernie Dinneen, at his best, was unbeatable. I would have him over certain players on our list right now.
