Barry P and his goones have set us back no doubt. Our player development has been far more concerning. We have players 4,5,6 year players on the list and we're still not sure what their role is. You can only play as good as the development and direction you get. We have lacked physical development of our players also. So even if we do get talent in I think we haven't had any hope of them to play right.

Malthouse has said a few times that leading into Queens birthday he'd send the scout to check out our training. Specifically to focus on our talk and exuberance apparently according to Malthouse whenever we were up and about, chatty, exuberant he knew they'd win that week cause we would have ran the race before getting to the starting line. Any truth to that philosophy do the players build it up and burn out cause its our guranteed big game where as for the Pies it's another week. Really think they are unnecessary most of the time. I think original clubs i.e MFC should always wear their original jumper and all subsequent introduced sides that clash with us be made to wear an alternate. Out of interest when did we last have a home game against Essendon they should wear white.

Davey I think has another year to run on his contract. I may be wrong but I think he's signed the end of 2013. We historically don't pay out contracts so I don't think he will be delisted.

Natawhoi is the greatest known fallacy in the game. Watch him closely and he has absolutely no awareness or ability to read the game. AND Natawhoi will never collect 34 possessions in a loosing side. Your scenario sounds really enticing and salivating. I have one question though. Why would the players turn in such a pitiful performance with a complete capitulation that exposed Bailey. What I'm asking if under your scenario they were disenfranchised with the CEO why put the coach in the hot water by giving up 186. To me it makes no sense seems really strange that the players loved Bailey and showed the love by absolutely gutting him publicly.

Hopefully what he says gets podcasted. Persuaint to the playing group and specifically the senior players I reckon the team should be largely unchanged for the next game.
