I think another 35-50% expenditure in the footy department would be good especially sports science areas and recovery as well as injury rehab/prevention and considering Trengove's encounters with the tribunal and our teams inconsistency with tackles I'd like to see a full time tackling coach. With all our new sponsors getting on board a footy department sponsor would be good This is the area where difference is made. The footy department is our biggest gap between other clubs

I often receive comments from female friends that they are impressed by the way we seem to be recognising women's place in the game.
