I acyually think it is a great win/win for both Cam & the MFC. Maybe JS & the Board may come up with a similar strategy and offer Tom Scully a proposal to buy accommodation in Melbourne along with his sister. Along with a secure 3/4 year contract. That would indeed be lateral thinking in a very good strategy IMO.

It is my opinion that the major person involved in strategy and execution is West, with no doubt assistance fron Royal, Williams and Viney.Also others would have imput being Mahoney & O'Donnell. Actually, last year I was near the coaches box - and West seemed to be making most of the calls to Bailey.West seems to have a great scope of reading a game.A very important cog in our Football department right now.

What absolute rubbish- winning a game of football is kicking the most points.Kicking backwards is just plain ridiculous IMO. But worse is when a player kicks it directly to an opposition player, He has done this several times now.He is either undisciplined, stupid or does not have vision.

I agree totally. I even suggested he may need to go to Casey to gain confidence in his kicking last year. I was scoffed at- he will continuer to loose us games if he is allowed to continue his situation of kicking backwards. Some one has to get into his head to give a player UP the ground not a shocking kick to a player backwards.I'm not a Grimes basher, but he needs to learn. Lacks discipline.
