Why the Choco love? Not sure about what Choco has that Craig doesn't if you want to strap someone in the chair. Yes, he has a flag but have a look at what William's left behind. A shouldering train wreak that is into another nose dive after a promising start to 2013. People saw Neeld has set us back 5 years, well William's has runs on the board doing that with Port. People question Neeld's people skills but William's has the chance of going even harder and stepping on more toes. Twice as likely to have a hissy and tear the place down as well. I'm just not sure he's the type of guy to learn from his mistakes (see the GWS bust up).

Considering Frawley and Watts would have to walk via PSD or be traded I wouldn't say we would be screwed. If clubs close to a premiership were willing to pay overs we could use it bring in some midfield talent complemented by the draft. Would also free up some F.A coin to get a consistent established midfielder (would take Thomas in a heart beat). At this stage, I would not say either of those two are irreplaceable.

Would like to a minimum of changes if possible. Kent stays, loved his confidence to run with the footy. McDonald gets his last chance. Need him to go with Dixon but the clangers must go. Jack T.....I just don't know. Magner for Grimes. Jetta for Nicho / McKenzie. Rest of the guys at Casey (Toump, Blease, Fitz, Tynan) can keep stringing games together before being promoted.

I think you mark him harshly. His hands in close can be lightning. Think Hayes has little in the way of burst speed. Rarely see him burst away from congestion. It's strength and lateral movement that get him out of trouble.
