He's a Freo supporter, so going to the Eagles would probably be much worse than staying in Melbourne (the city). The Rising Star is a BS award. You highlighted Clarry, but also look at the 2014 winner in Lewis Taylor (Patrick Cripps also came from that draft). The Rising Star award gives zero credence as to which players' will develop into stars during their careers, but hey let's give them star status usually after only their first year of footy.

If Goodwin does bring in Tyson, then he needs to play him in the midfield the entire game. If he puts him elsewhere, then it might prove to be another serious flaw in the coaching set-up

Coach has an easy to dissect gameplan with no plan B, and the players’ themselves are all for glory without wanting to put in the guts. Both think we’re better than what we are, but will refuse to come back to reality until the season is lost. Case in point, Tom McDonald saying the club understands that every game is important given our r23 debacle last year (after losing to the Saints). Club is in dreamworld.
