i have no idea what conflating means - but the club is represented by all personnel - the club is not individual it's a collection of individuals. From the board to the coachs to the players and us supporters - IMO we are all weak push over's ....we all represent this club Because the board will abandon their plans/strategies when they sack Neeld - weak Neeld's mixed messages and strange selections - weak Combined folding to media pressure - weak Player can't win 1 v 1 contests or remain competitive for a whole game - weak Supporters demanding change when results aren't what is expected from the majority - i won't go with weak but We supporters of the MFC are a fragile bunch In saying that I do not think the first 3 rounds are an acceptable preformance and i thnk Neeld has to year end or mid season if the 100pt floggings keep up (clearly you can't keep going if that happens) to get these players playing as a group Akum - you have your opinion and that is fine you want change - That's your opinion I think changing the coach now is embarassing for the club and a sign of how weak this club really is (unless his position is unsustainable, which it is getting close to if we keep losing by 10 plus goals each week)

Agree RR.... These allegations implicate a lot of people but I was more referring to posters hoping Neeld will stand down due to the Dank allegations. What I really find interesting from this situation is the MFC supporters wish their club to be made look like a joke - where there is no sign of weakness from Essenscum. And Essenscum have a lot more serious allegations and a lot bigger names implicated. MFC = weak pushover Thats what really worries me the most - not who is in charge of us - it is we are easily pushed over and will always be a weak club There is nothing wrong with us supporters wanting better standards - but this club gets pushed around and rolls over to demands so easily - This club is like a defenceless squib waiting to be put out of it's misery - it's pathetic

If.... probably should rephrase the to when... this board sack Neeld they should be all fired as well.... They re-signed Schwab for 3 years and fired him 12 months in (round abouts) And Neeld 1/2 way in to his appointment No faith they have the strength to stay the coarse and build a successful club - reactional decisions instead of leadership They need to look at Essendon how to operate under extreme presure I support staying the coarse Bossdog - but a lot of what comes out of this club is confusing and disappoing

That is a real worry mate Sheedy is a very accomplished coach - i wouldn' let him anywhere near the finances let most other positions in this club

If Neeld was forced to stand down to the Dank Allegations it does 2 things IMO 1/ Shows how weeak this club is 2/ Puts pressure on Hird to do the same thing I'm pretty sure I haven't even heard Neeld's name associated to Dank

That does make some sense wyl I woke up this morning and thoughy Neeld will survive if he can get the players to play - which could be a positive in the long run... I mean look at the blues, they are no where near the rabble we are and they are struggling with a their new game plans etc - it happens At the end of the day [censored]'s going to sort itself out one way or another - be upset we suck - but lets not lose all faith

Agreed B_H I can't say i've been happy with the mixed messages I've been hearing from Neeld and the club. The reality is that Neeld ultimately (right or wrong) will judged by on-field preformances - and they are not good at the moment... Is 18 months long enough to implement real change... IMO no I really hope that if the club makes the decision to move him on they don't take the easy options to protect themselves..... With or without Neeld our club and it's playing group have a lot of hard work to catch up to even the Dogs & Port let alone the top teams
