if there was any reason as to why travis johsntone is no longer at melbourne, it was saturday evening! played a terrible game but was also terrible from the body language, his second efforts and his willingness to do the slefless acts that make champions!!

leave him in the backline - why confuse the poor bloke... has shown enough promise in his few games to suggest a fair career is ahead of him!! i think he is one player that will benefit from a coach like dean bailey - one that educates you!!

jeff had 11 hitouts and none to advantage.... number of times the opponent palmed the ball to advantage and created a goal, well... has been a terrific servant to this football club and in his glory days he was just awesome to watch - the high marking, the silky foot skills and the ability to run... unfortunately, those days are gone and jeff will be remembered for the good rather than the bad...

Brady Rawlings is a two time winner of the North melbourne kangaroo's best and fairest... I will repeat that and hopefully Brent "Boomer" harvey is aware of it... I cannot stand Harvey - yes he might be a good footballer but it is all the crap that goes with it... the diving, the throwing of the arms in the air, the continual sooking to umpires, etc.... rawlings is the greatest cheat in the game at the moment and he happens to play for brent's team... i can see where Brent's brother Shane gets his opinion of himself from!

Leigh newton is the club's communications manager - well he should also be gone!! the matter in which the whole episode has been handled is disgraceful - a joke!! we have been the lead news article, again not for our football but our off field shenanigans!! i can just hear the benny hill music being played in the boardroom!!! listening to Paul macNamee this morning and Jim Stynes last evening, I know who sounded far more creditable!!

what do we stand for? our brand of footy? the number of supporters? number of premierships? number of all-australians? champions produced?

if the club is going to be open, will they admit the true debt position of this club?? a worldwide search and the successful applicant lasts three months... possibly was not going to be given the tools to work with!! a disgrace!!

as usual, a lack of professionalism begins to leak from junction oval.... when will the club comment, well and truly after Paul has made his comments!! macnamee also was coming from left field and believe that he was for branding days, such as youth day, the mcc/mfc footy lunch that was a sell out, a kids zone, etc.... looking forward to hearing from the club and the eventual replacement... the image that i have of schwab is of him , garry lyon and joe gutnick getting out of a taxi together...

I watched yesterday's game on Foxtel and resorted to turning the sound off after about four minutes. The Demons could do nothing right and whatever we did well was a direct result of the Dockers playing poorly!! I used to have the number 3 on my back as a kid but if i knew then what i know now, then how could you ever go past the number 2.. you mercenary Healy!! and as for jakovich, his love of the supposed enemy is concerning!! interesting observations: - - ibbotson to win the rising star - chris main a future star yes, we are an easy target and Healy again hammers in a nail..... traitor!!

we see the replay of the collingwood effort three times or so and yet we only see the end of the paul johnson run.... rigged!!

garland reminds me a little of sean wellman the way that he plays - reads the play well, will go as the third man up and generally uses the ball okay!!

his debut was very promising - did no have a lot of touches but it was he did without the ball... he fumbled once in the first quarter, but then went and made up for his error by locking the ball in... he has a good leap, so his spoiling was pretty polished... he lined up on clark and gave him the mother of all hidings.. also brennan at one stage appeared to be opposed to martin and he also got a hiding!! a good debut and definitely something to work with!!

The 1:10 start is brilliant for a Sunday - allows for a few cheeky beers afterwards and you are home in daylight, especially on a school night!! Vlad or Mr Mediastreet needs to concentrate on the game of footy, rather than the Demons! Jimmy Stynes and co are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that there is a shirt term but more importantly a long term strategy for this great club!! Our crowd yesterday was not too bad but emphasised the passion that we have as a group and the pride we have in our club!! The greatest problem at the moment is the standard of umpiring and the frustration of supporters, players and the general football community. The interpretation is amazing and whoever number 26 is, well... let's continue to resurgence by large crowd numbers!!

How loud was the crowd yesterday? that last quarter, it was like there was 60,000 demons supporters!! honestly, the noise made when a free kick was missed or paid, a tackle was made, a mark taken in defence, etc... thought we were gone and would have been happy with a tight loss but when the men in yello changed the momentum of the game three times yesterday, well i said stuff this!! come you on demons!

ha ha!! The Pies would say it is fofset by the loss of Rocca... boom boom!!!!
