Like you really care what a 22 wantaway thinks ?? It's his life/career. This had 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 all over it months back. When little made sense, when events didn't marry with 'intents' there was but one logical conclusion.....and here we are today. He wants to go home.... fine by me. I'm not thinking the club is one bit surprised. The language was there all along. I disregard anything he apparently said, as is often the way actions speak louder. Personally I dont give a 🐀🐀🐀🐀 A very average player for mine. This just helps King develop a new team. Onwards and upwards. I do have empathy for those that trusted him.

I hope King took note of yesterday's tackling by the Lions. That was elite. Not just the power but the method. Geelong reminded me of.... well.... us.... half hearted one handed 💩 Brisbane tackled with purpose, effect and a nice little nuance of menace . Quite simply thats how you do it ; master-class.

Whilst you obviously want to keep your better talented players I do wonder whether this has all become more a story about a tail and a dog. If the club has a view to where it's going and how, and who will lead it , it also must be firm with the process. Im not particularly suggesting any real mischief but hopefully King gets the opportunity to speak with players and put forward the vision whilst also laying out the reality. Players can't be the ones in charge. I do believe Tracc is essentially a mercenary player now. Again thats fine if hes playing well. I do think you play better when you're on board properly...

It can also represent a change in direction. Ooze will be familiar with the idea of trading for need. Draft is only for recruitment... They take time... if... If Richmond want to start moving along quicker they need players, not draftees.

Just putting it out there. 1) take-off any rose coloured glasses when evaluating the worth of any player. Like any market he will be worth whatever convinces a deal to transact. 2) picks DO NOT need to be used per se.. They are currency. They can be on traded/used or banked( depending on what draft they apply ) Point being.... think outside the box folks.

Im guessing its a bit of both. Opportunities and Loyalties. That said I think there's an overriding reason, and quite possibly the one that differentiates him from another ( possibly ). I think he's really found his passion for the game and love of the jumper. He really seems to be involved and connected out there. Im just not seeing that same thing in #5.
