  1. From the AFL Website... Trengove was charged with a level three engaging in rough conduct offence against Adelaide's Patrick Dangerfield in the third quarter of Melbourne's win on Sunday. Dangerfield was helped from the ground and was immediately substituted off after hitting his head on the ground in a Trengove tackle. The incident was assessed as negligent, high contact and based on a medical report from the Crows, was also classified as high impact, drawing 325 demerit points and a three-match ban. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to 243.75 and a two-match ban.
  2. I think for Warnock to be consistent member of the starting 21+1 he is going to have add some versatility to his game such as being able to be swung forward....
  3. If it is reduced to one match with an early guilty plea you would almost take it on the chin... Two weeks seems a bit harsh..
  4. He is leaning on something....
  5. You have to wait until the central umpire has given the all clear to the goal umpire. Tappy had started his run up to kick pretty much as soon as the ball was miss kicked.... Great thinking ahead but unfortunately jumped the gun.
  6. Thought the exact same thing! He deserved the goal as he had run full pelt to make an option for Jurrah. Reward for effort Also, whilst we were in charge most of the day, I found that we were alot more dangerous and direct when Jack played out of the square. Provides a great contest now.
  7. 6. Moloney 5. Trengove 4. Petterd 3. Maric 2. Frawley 1. Jones
  8. Surely LJ would win one out against most defenders with the ball in the air or on the ground... It seems as if the AFL has slipped an offside rule in and told the clubs but not the supporters....
  9. Past: The Ox or Yze Present: Jurrah or Sylvia
  10. Interesting concept but as deanox said.. it is only telling us what we already know...
  11. Will be there and looking forward to a better effort...
  12. The only problem is that Grimes cuts of so many attacking plays by drifting across or holding his ground in front of a lead.... Davey would be equal to or better attacking wise, but in defense it will leave a big hole...
  13. Still a possibilty but less likely now...
  14. What really shows how bad we were is that the inside fifties in that quarter was 25-9.... We only managed 22-3
  15. No that bad of an idea. Probably more likely than some of the other names thrown around
  16. That is the key question and most likely scenario Justin Leppitsch at Richmond Mark Bickley at Adelaide Jade Rawlings at the Lions Mark Ricciuto? Dare I say it.... Shane Woewodin
  17. There was no high contact but would guess a one game suspension reduced to just carry over points with a early guilty plea if he is sighted...

When was the last time a player was coached by his father in the AFL?
  19. Can't let facts get in the way of a rant.....
  20. 6 - Trengove 5 - Jones 4 - Watts 3 - Garland 2 - Grimes 1 - Jamar
  21. We have been unchanged after both wins.... You need to reward players for a win... Team stability is a must.. His time will come soon enough as he is a great talent.
  22. Nothing has changed since he left... he would still be way back in the pecking order for midfield spots when all players are up an running. Was a win win situation but unfortunately, as had happened quite often, his body has let him down.
