  1. nah, he was excellent this year...as an inside mid their wings and forward flankers in particular were absurd i probably would've had may and oliver in the side over andrews and adams respectively, and i might've been tempted to have goldstein in as starting ruckman over gawn i think max getting in is reasonably controversial as he missed three games and was poor in round 1 and at least one other game too - at least they didn't put pendles in, who missed a quarter of the season thru injury - but i would rate his season as being better than nic nat overall
  2. unfortunately so is rowell, and if can get thru half a season he's got it sewn up
  3. travis > jack, for mine but both symptomatic of supporting the dees - two 'almost' great players neither wanted it enough i know jack got dropped to the vfl / sanfl by every single one of his coaches; wouldn't surprise me if trapper was the same what could have been... sad to see jack go out with an injury when he was - for the most part - such a durable player funny that his last full game was probably his best game for the pear, in a role that with a bit more application he could have been a star at, against us, on the g i can't imagine he 'enjoyed' his afl career, but i hope he valued it and looks back on it fondly
  4. wait til he becomes part of coaching conversations :P
  5. sad to see his body let him down like this
  6. i'm hoping they're like boak and gray at the pear - wedded together to achieve together
  7. that's a very long deal for a bloke who is rising 27 at the start of next season
  8. he's a 24 year old who has barely missed a game in his first three seasons in the league, and should only be getting better from here on in trading him would be idiocy unless it was for something you couldn't say no to, like jeremy cameron where gw$ pick up 3/4 of his salary
  9. petracca may oliver langdon gawn
  10. no probs with andrews, weitering, and jonas being in the squad...all worthy but may and goldstein should definitely both be in the squad pendlebury missed a quarter of the season, danger was mostly good not great this year; duncan was just about the cats' best, along with guthrie some selections based on 'names', it would seem
  11. he comprehensively doesn't know who is being traded where by whom
  12. north have apparently said that they're not remotely interested in t mac
  13. north have apparently said that they have no interest in him
  14. he should be being groomed as our goodwin replacement i will be extremely annoyed if he lobs at the peptides
  15. is it true that he's not returning phone calls from the club admin? i can't see him being at the club in 2021
  16. when did barrett apparently say this?
  17. makes perfect sense for the tigers as the houli replacement
  18. saad said to be off to the tigers
  19. Fairly common for players to stop following their respective team social media accounts over the off-season, at least for nba players and the like
  20. he would be a great get for us but i can't see hawks letting him go; as graeme wright said, they need to hold onto their best players in that 26-30 age bracket, not let them go
  21. there's just no way peptides will let zerrett go
  22. blues in the box seat allegedly
  23. don't think so, cos he's got a year to run on his contract as do two likely 'retirement' options in kk and jetta
  24. not sure i agree that hore is a walk up start best 22 in 2021
