the stupid thing about the Essendon game was we were on a run including the preseason of the first 4 games albeit the Doggies were undermanned. They just got to cocky and didn't put in on the day. Essendon was up as well with the whole bs walk to the G stuff. I would love to play them again today!

look guys i love what we did on the weekend but the Port game coming up is 50/50 at best so if we can knock them over then i might start believing. They have had the wood on us for awhile. Hopefully we turned the corner on the weekend and we start becoming consistent. Funnily enough was thinking about it before and looking at the draw if the impossible happened can you imagine getting the win down at the Cattery then turning on the tv and barracking for our old mate Tom Scully to blitz the Kangas. If we are going to persist with OMac who is clearly underdone and not up to it at AFL level yet why not blood Weidemann and drop Dawes up forward. It really cant get much worse than it is anyway with Dawes and we can get Hoges / Watts / Weid working together now.

Does everything think the not being able to kick 50+ metres will sort itself out? Like he even looks uncomfortable at times from 40-45m. I am not trying to put him down etc he is awesome but is this something that can be fixed easily?

i remember St Kilda in the early 2000's with all the early picks and success they started having had plenty of bandwagoners jump on board to push their membership higher. I think the same thing will happen to us only we have to make sure we keep them onboard once they do start supporting us.

i was always secretly hoping by about now Roosy would be seeing the fruits of what he has created and in a control freak like manner decide he is staying put for the premiership. I think if i was in Neeld's position i couldnt have done a better job of destroying a club than he did. Some of the trades in his trade periods were diabolical, he lost the players, he had no people skills and he went about destroying a football club. There is nothing to thank him for.

if we beat WC anything is possible however knowing Demonland and our team we wont just go through the next 3 months with everything being peachy. There will be doom and gloom again sometime soon lets hope its not after the Darwin game.

yeah our injury list is quietly getting freaking ridiculous. Last week against Collingwood i dont think people realise they nearly had a complete list to pick from compared to us with maybe a dozen injuries now if not more. Still think we should win today but having V'Berg, Kent, Salem and a few others out there would have made me more confident.

When i first saw him play close up at a Casey game probably 4-5 years ago my old man, brother and i started calling him Peabody for some reason. Its been so long since he has been in the team i had forgotten we even called him that then was laughing when i was receiving texts on the weekend about how good Peabody was lol.

Why does Dawes have to come back? Coz we are paying him a bucketload of cash? Pedo, Watts & Hoges offer so much more.

im just gonna say it - lets just get rid of Dawes i dont actually know what he does or what value he serves. Trade him now while we might be able to package him up in a deal as the steak knifes to get something decent. Sorry for any Dawes fans but i value Hogan (obviously) and then Watts and Pedo more than Dawes.
