Don't give up hope that he'll play at Casey. I heard a whisper.

The MFC article confirms suspicions that there will be a new back of jumper sponsor. AHG have recommitted as the front of jumper sponsor. -

Captain of Scotch. Indigenous background small forward -
I was thinking the same thing. Stevie J was a big drinker and got into a fair bit of trouble in his early years.

I have spoken to someone who works in the Footy Department at Gold Coast and asked how Rooke was regarded there. He said he is a star and will be sorely missed. Thats good enough for me to be happy with him coming to the Dees.

On MFC app. Which should be same as the website.

Anyone have any idea when it starts? I see some of the guys have been doing some stuff already. I'm really interested to see how the rookie Maynard goes.

That is such a dull round 1 fixture. Not a single game i'll go out of my way to watch. I look forward to the rest of the "fixture" where we get to play our home game against the Saints at Etihad too. The AFL. Experts at making amazingly poor decisions seem normal for 10+ years

I think ANB deserves a bit more time and slack to be honest. Only 20 years old and has really dominated at the level below AFL as an inside midfielder. It's only for the fact that we have a lot of inside mids at the moment and we had very few injuries that he didn't get a better run at it this year. Also if you are looking for an elite attribute I believe his endurance is considered elite.

2016 Player Review - # 44 Joel Smith (rookie list – category B)

Similar attributes to Easton Wood IMO. Very smooth runner, really glides over the ground, huge leap too. He also also a bit taller than Easton Wood -
It was the reason I first found and logged into demonland. I was so angry.

Brad Hill would be a less controversial deal from the Hawks Membership department. -
He reminds me a lot of a very raw reigning premiership captain.

WJ where has the Tippett rumour come from? Sounds like a Facebook/Bigfooty basis to me.

Mike's son I believe.

If the Lewis and Hibberd deals go through we will be basically adding 462 games of experience to the side. Hibberd. 84, Lewis. 264, Melksham. 114 that should make a big difference to the consistency of output of the side. -

If the Footy Dept have been overruled by the board it doesn't make any difference. He will leave. How could you put your faith/heart/soul in the club knowing the Footy dept wanted you out but they were overruled by the board. I 90% sure he will not be at the Hawks next year. I hope we stay strong and don't give more than we need to. For once we have the whip hand. -

Hodge and Gibson were the ones they should have got rid of IMO. Mitchell and Lewis still have good footy in them. -

Matt Thompson on SEN this morning said we had offered a 3rd round pick and a 2 year deal to Lewis.
