Not wrong on talent, probably not even in the top 10 to be honest. But his drive and relentless pursuit to always be improving arm mechanics and strength is unparalleled. For me he's what the sport and that position is all about (or should be all about).
Yes he couldn't have done half the things he did without that coach, yes he usually had a defense that kept him in a lot of games. I'll add in the O-Line there too Gorg he has more often than not had a decent one and this was the secret sauce for me. However he also didn't have a lot of stud receivers and the one time he had a hall of fame receiver in Randy Moss he broke the season TD record.
