I think this has a bit to do with it. He's a close to goal player whereas higher there's usually quick dashers that he can't keep with on turnover. Possibly why he's checked out right now.

I saw most of the Taj subs into games this year as equivalent to a soccer game bringing someone on with 5 minutes left. It shows very little of what someone is capable of and does little for their development. Both definitely have flaws but I hope the people hoping Laurie gets a run will be fair to some of these others.

Thumbs down to ticketmaster last night. Transferred a ticket to my partner who scanned it and didn't work after i had already scanned and gone through. The issue was solved when in a state of WTFness I had her scan the digital ticket version for my own membership card and somehow it worked, go figure. Taking people to games is a fricken nightmare.
