    go dees
  4. good pickup, maurie......and hunter dominates that group
  5. i too wondered about the duryea out of bounds. but watching replays it looked more like cameron pushed the ball onto his feet. maybe he was lucky and the ump deemed it unavoidable or accidental, but i'm sure a different umpire might have seen it differently

he's certainly got longer fingers based on a photo posted here recently otoh rowan has a good leap when he gets a good run at it rohan is also a bit of a cameo player who doesn't get a lot of the ball i think he's a confidence player who doesn't like close attention. hibbo would be just the type to put him off his game

he said 60:40 but who knows where he pulled that from......yeah, yeah......i can guess
  13. i wonder if hunt could be medi sub (if they stick with smith) can play forward or back.....bit of extra pace late in game could be a killer
  14. for front-ended contracts i can't believe they wouldn't have a claw-back clause if player breaks contract early especially after beams, but it's just common sense anyway.
  15. which represents 10% extra on a 5 x 800k = $4M contract, so he is ahead $400k.....a fair bit of coin

i would imagine that front-loaded contracts would have a pro-rata claw-back clause in the event of the contract not going full term

  18. they can't sign on with your account they will have to sign on with their account
  19. it may not have been called "prior" but iirc it was just called opportunity or no opportunity, still had to display an "attempt" to dispose when no opportunity. i do recall they were red hot if you had opportunity before being tackled. none of this drag it out stuff. the only leeway when you had opportunity is if you were in the process of breaking the tackle i.e. when the tackle has not yet really stuck
  20. not true. this was never the case in my life time. they certainly played around with the interpretation of prior and also the time allowed to dispose when there was prior, but the concept of prior opportunity was always there getting rid of any prior rule would be bad and just encourage the hunters over the gatherers
  21. passed my 3 barcodes on yesterday

i don't think it was ever stationary palm for the ball hand it just had to be clearly hit off the palm by the other hand with a closed fist
