I agree Bob. St. Kilda is a joke I agree too Bob that we need to give Bailey time (guess that makes me rational huh) Now at the end of the year Bailey will have had 4 years. Plenty of time to decide if he is the right person to take the players on their next step to success. This decision by its very nature will be a combination of emotional and rational thought (not just rational). At the moment I would put Bailey on the backfoot. He has to show/prove why he should have his contract extended, more than others show/prove why he must go. Notice I said "more" rather than "instead of". Winning a flag is brutal stuff.
