  18. I wasn't even suggesting Fevola should be picked up, just the comment implying we should be protective towards players instead of treating them more like men. We've done that (to the younger players) for four years and they have turned out too soft. I'm saying we should adopt a tougher shape up type of attitude. And we should stop talking to players as though some magic premiership window is going to automatically open for them. You'd think that all the players have to do is turn up, go through the motions, get games under their belt and before you know it they'll be playing in a grand final. Too much fantasy been going on and not enough tough love reality. And too many supporters are just as bad. Sorry about the tangent but that's where I'm coming from
