Well the good news is both our stars are going to small, new interstate clubs, with few members and small crowds.

Well we know who fell out of bed on the wrong side today. Clarry is also my favourite Dee and I am not thrilled, but do we honestly believe King just doesn’t like bad hairstyles and wants a great of the club gone. There must be reasons for this and we don’t know what King and the FD know, so let’s trust them at this stage, as they try to make us better. Before we sack TL, can we see how we end up and then we can evaluate our situation a little more accurately. Btw, I don’t think TL hates bad hairstyles that much either and I also don’t think he hates Tracc’s recipes enough to trade him. Traccc is clearly being traded because he wants to go. Lets stay on the bus, enjoy the scenery and hope we like the destination.

I hope not. 2nd round and nothing else imo would see us paying very little of his contract. If we are paying a chunk of his salary we are looking at 12. Anyway we will know soon enough.

We are not doing Clarry for 32. Crows and maybe others also have interest in him for their midfield. We are talking one of the best contested players of all time, 4 x B and F , AA , premiership player, with if we pay some part of salary isn’t expensive and is only 28. That is not pick 32 in any world. I expect 12 or maybe 32 and a decent player to be the deal and I also think it will be done well before the end of trade period.

No ifs, Tracc and Oliver deals will be done and that is your midfield clarity.

I agree, but would imagine he could be part of a Merrett deal. I would be into him, as we will have picks from our deals and Hawks could use picks in Merrett deal.

If Flanders knocks us back we need to get Humphrey. I am sure that knowing players were leaving and our dislike of this draft, we must be talking to other players, as we might only use one pick in this draft and we will have list spots to fill. I don’t think we would be planning to get Fullarton/Schache VFL types again.

Agree we wouldn’t take 7 For Tracc but what is the combo we would do. We would do Flanders and 6. Humphrey is more than 6 so IF we can get both to nominate us it would take Tracc and some of Oliver deal added to get it done. I will say it again, if both boys nominate us we will get it done. It could be up to King to convince both boys to select us. At least we have a midfield with plenty of room now and they get to play together if that interests them. It is getting interesting.

Tracc has just chosen the Suns. 1st piece of the puzzle has fallen in place.

The task for us is to get both Suns to commit to us. The deal will follow.

It’s clearly a possibility now. Humphrey who said he was staying a while ago was a little sheepish when interviewed and said his Manager might have heard something. If we can convince both boys to play together for their former Coach in our now plenty of room midfield, this deal could well happen.

What we need is Tracc to choose Suns and they tell Flanders it is Dees or you stay with us on current contract money. They can even pay him a bit to match or better other offers. If they want Tracc they need to find the deal. Then there is Humphrey. If Clarry goes, to say the Giants, we pass on pick to Suns if we can convince Humphrey to join his team mate playing for his former Coach in our midfield.

Well it is a rumours thread and that is a good one. I posted yesterday that surely if we are moving star players on and we don’t love the draft this year, then the list spots were going to be filled by other players and that maybe we were into players already. PS: I just noticed that this rumour was posted two hours after the Humphrey chase was in the media. I hope then that this rumour is not a poster just joining bits of already reported info.

But 50% of the Cats 2022 team weren’t in the GF side this year, so they have made changes.

Tracc apparently up on the GC today, on another beautiful GC day. The weather alone would be tempting him. If Tracc is happy to go to GC we might have Crows and Cats looking at Clarry. Also a Flanders deal and pick 6 could be on the table. We will see if anything eventuates. Standby for a couple of surprises if May, Tracc, Clarry and Judd are traded. We will have some list spots that we don’t want to fill by the draft.

After a year this goes belly up. Wonder why. Maybe we have someone better in mind.

Not shocked after reading a summary of the case and the evidence to be led by the Prosecution. That summary may not have been accurate though, I wouldn’t know. IF however it was correct, you wouldn’t get a conviction from an Australian jury.
