Viney was hit with a round arm to the face after marking and the aggressor jumped off the ground to deliver the blow. He got one week for medium impact. No, MRO graded it high impact even though no concussion. Mills force front on to a small guy was harder and more dangerous. I am happy with suspension as long as they are consistent which they rarely are.
