Attacking this thread will not win you friends.

That gutter humour is not appreciated by the learned readers of this thread.

I said it was a cataclysmic event.

You obviously didn't notice Westhoff mark 30 out on an angle, but clearly gettable, pass to Ryder straight in front, but a bit further out. Westhoff had 5 goals at the time and that would have been number 6 for him.

I am reading a book on the fascinating story of the cataclysmic world event, that reshaped the banana, by reversing the bend from the left side to the right. It's a little known phenomenon, but has greatly changed the world we live in.

    Quiet news day today.
  7. In both cheeks.

Wonder if the Cats feel Kelly will leave.

As I have said many times in the last few weeks, we are f....d.

    I would prefer Steve Bradbury.

Good point R&B. The fighting on other threads and nastiness towards other posters, is something we avoid on this far more adult and intellectual thread.

And this thread is the sanctuary from that DL lunatic asylum. It is like an oasis in the desert.

I would be so happy to make you happy. I think our boys would be feral if we met the Cats in a final. Defeat would just be unacceptable to them.

There is no better news breaker after the event than Ethan. He is a Giant among his peers.
  15. I would not want to lose Jesse, but if he indicated he wanted to go home and with FA approaching, I would ask for Freo's first pick and Cerra and Brayshaw or something similar and tell them do that deal or we will trade him to the Eagles. We could then take a key forward with that pick and hope he comes up.

The Coach and the Players. The Team Managing was sensational.

You can put that miraculous turnaround down to the amazing feats of the MFC Team Manager at the time, a genius of a man. Oh, wait a minute, that was me.

Gotta win this week, but I forgot, we are f....d.

If we lose and Cats win a 61 point total would see them above us and us playing GWS again. We need to win this week and score a home final against the Cats.

Would love to knock the Cats out of the finals.
  21. Well I would add dumb as an adjective then. Clearly he got the statue for his playing not for being President. Also as I said earlier, to compare using the rules to manipulate a PP, as done and admitted by several clubs and ticked off as ok by the then CEO Demetriou, with injecting unknown drugs into players, is just plain stupid. It is actually a shameful proposition. Why did she feel the need to go there in the first place?
  22. If she said that she is just a b-tch. Jimmy through Reach, did an amazing amount of good work for the community and was a trailblazing Irish footballer, who won a Brownlow and holds the record for consecutive games, often playing through serious injury. He is also not alive and unable to defend himself, not that he needs to. Comparing trying to get a PP, which many have admitted to doing, with injecting unknown drugs into players. Disgusting comment.

If wife and kids go home, most likely husband/father does too.
