    Well today I broke the months long drought and had a banana smoothie and it was delicious.

    Sounds pretty logical. Interval training has been around a long time. We have come a long way from the no water, keep going until you puke, footy training of yesteryear.

    Absolutely. Huge areas where stables were available for development. A low rise grandstand built far in enough from the back of the track, wouldn’t obscure race viewing from the current grandstands.

    They were giving it to me in that 2018 final and I actually thought some of their garbage was pukeworthy. At the end of the game I just smiled at them as they skulked away.

    Yes not knocking Kye, but I am also surprised Corey didn’t get a gig somewhere. Obviously an area of concern to clubs that we are unaware of.

    Agree. We have to ensure an environment and of course a remuneration, that players are comfortable with.

    These are big decisions for players and they work to their timetable, not that of frustrated/impatient supporters. Annoying as it is for us not to know now, we have to just be patient and hope he stays.
