You get the ball first and keep possession until scoring. They run in waves, so you nearly need to man up and commit to running all game. If you stand and watch you lose. You need to also physically pressure Nick Daicos.

Do you think they would do better with Dusty, Broad, Short and Hopper?

I posted on here when Bolton was playing reserves at the beginning of his AFL career that I would love him at the Dees. I copped a fair bit on DL at the time.

    Me too.

TBH if it’s correct that we are after him and that he is going to get a fortune, I would keep well away. We have JVR and Jefferson and possibly Petty if needed and when Max is back, a ruck going forward. Also we have good draft picks and I would rather another good kid to complement the two we have.

If that is the side, then Tom has to be the sub, as if Grundy goes down, are we really going to throw a first gamer key forward into the ruck? Why the silly naming of Chandler on the hbf, when everyone knows it’s not happening? Not sure why clubs do this. Last, our forward line has gotten smaller with Max and Tom out and JVR only in.

    Yes.

That’s what happens when you turn them into media personalities on tv/radio, they have to create controversial content, to remain relevant and retain/validate their position. Fo we see or hear any footy program these days, without their own “ news breaker “.

Also Brayshaw was injured and another I now forget too. Agree though, fully fit and with TMac I believe we could have won it.

Lot of quizzes on Demonland lately.
  12. Buddy says hi.
  13. Sorry to hear that Uncle.

It's like that song this weekend; What a knee, what a knee, what a might good knee.
  15. Applying my MFCSS I wonder how long it will take the AFL to change the F/S rule to stop us getting Brown, Yze and White and then to change it back again.
  16. Hopefully if they are any good, they are not top 40 selections.
  17. Daz, is he bigger than dad or about the same? His dad was as courageous a player as you would see.

Jefferson is nowhere near AFL standard, YET. He will get there. Joel Smith is about 191 cms. Bit hard to ruck him. Schache if not concussed would be the one and JVR would not be out of place, he is a strong fearless competitor.
  19. That of course will never happen.
  20. Yes and I noticed he has a bit of mongrel in him too, which was surprising. When he develops, he and JVR will be the keys in our forward line.
  21. I posted after Freo got rid of 5 players to fit LJ in, that it could cause anger among the rest of the Freo list and also jealousy at his pay packet. I wonder if this is happening.
  22. What happened to Disco?
  23. Redleg replied to Colm's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
Come back bigger and stronger Captain.
  24. Fagan whinging about last 12 minutes saying we had longer warmup and they had nothing to play for and didn’t want injuries. That is pathetic. Goody won’t use excuses like Gawn, May and Kossie you can bet. He isn’t into that. We are on DL though.
  25. JJ dominating. Using the ball beautifully too. Schache putting his hand up for the senior side. Seston has good hands. JVR eyeing Tom’s spot. Strong kid will get his chance.
