    Just thought I'd bump this up. Channel 9 just reported that Howe is in no rush to sign. 'I don't believe it'll be a distraction...the contract stuff can be sorted throughout the year....we feel that we're on the same page' This is good news.

    Easy. At a time when zones were the norm and ruckmen played in short bursts, Stynes was the complete antithesis. He managed to get to many contests, became a link player and hardly rested.
