  1. Well balanced team ..... lots of run .. I'll be very disappointed if we don't win..especially with the dud team the Hawks have named.
  2. Sylvia actually said on 7 news that he would be back on the 'park' in 2 weeks...not sure what he meant by that, but it's very encouraging...
  3. He was shown around the Adelaide CROWS facilities...
  4. I'm sorry ...but i would prefer Moloney and Jones over Ball anyday...at least they can kick over 30 metres....l
  5. Seinfeld

    KEEP BROCK

He's gone to Vegas with players from Carlton for their end of season trip.....so i don't think he will staying at the Dees.....
  6. He's Slow and he can't kick...and his best football is in fact behind him...next.......
  7. Colin Silvia must get a gig as well..he will explode next year....
  8. Our forward coach Josh Mahoney is another Port Adelaide connection and played a number of years with Shaun.
  9. Grimes didn't get a single vote. Total votes Daniel Rich 45 Andy Otten 30 Tayte Pears 28 Dayne Beams 10 Stephen Hill 9 Callan Ward 9 Patrick Dangerfield 4
  10. A guy mentioned to the Ox on SEN this afternoon that he had heard Michael Newton had been sacked today...Can anyone verify this rumour?
  11. Why would you rest Jurrah!...bizzare... he's only played 3 games for gods sake.. There's only 8 games left and he and all the other kids need to play every game. They have to be fast tracked... Don't give me this tiredness rubbish as a excuse to rest players when they havn't even played many games, especially forwards who get a rest during the game anyway. Out Silvia In Watts
  12. Don't forget Jamar smashed Gardner and King in the St.Kilda game...if he can stay fit then i think he will become a top liner....
  13. If Garland and Wonaeamirri were fit then they would be in the team... That certainly would bring down the games played and age of the team a little. I think we miss these guys out there enormously...Aussie's forward pressure and goal sense and Garlands run and dash from the backline.
  14. I agree totally with your post..well done... Our pressure on the man with the ball was excellent for those 90 minutes or so. Would have been great if we were able to finish off our good work and place some scoreboard pressure during that period.
  15. If we had a fit (or match fit) , Grimes, Garland, Robbo, Wona, Maric, Whelan, Junior, Wheatley, Jamar, Buckley and Jesus Watts available then we can beat Richmond and anyone else in fact... Even with those players out ..i still give us a chance as we are a better team this year, even though the scoreboard says otherwise.
  16. Paul Johnson out...........Spencer in ........PLEASE!!!!
  17. No wonder Brad has laspes during games....he's got other things on his mind.
  18. The backline looks ROCK SOLID... The kangas will have to rely on their midfiled to kick goals....
  19. Anything but a top 4 finish would be a backwards step.
  20. This has been our best pre season for many years. We could have and probably should have won all 3 games. Sure they are practice matches, but in recent years the form a team takes into the season proper is a good indication on how they will compete for the year. I think we all have to re-evaluate our thinking for this year....the clouds are moving away and the skies are turning blue.....
  21. White looks so much better... and its integral part of OUR heritage. And like others have said the AIM of a clash jumper is to provide an ALTERNATIVE to the colours the team usually wear. And white would look great against Freo, Blues and Bombers. And i reckon people would purchase the the white one instead of the red one...just because its different.
  22. Wona got ovelooked 90 times as well at last years draft.....Maybe clubs thought WONA didn't have the right attitude re his fitness.....mabe this guy is in the same mould..... He has the talent (just like Wona)....There is no doubt he will be picked up in the PSD or rookied by a club for sure...The Dees should.
  23. i have a feeling that Naitanui will be wearing the number 4 for the Dees.....
  24. I wish we would stop using Hawthorn as a example..... The Hawks were given Waverly park by their good friends the AFL for virtually nothing, they are financed by the Tasmanian tax payers, they are happily bankrupting pensioners of millions of dollars per year via their gambling machines.... AND they were EXTERMELY lucky with draft.
