2024 MRO & Tribunal
Apparently it's now OK to kick an opponent. The game is disappearing up its own fundament at an exponential rate.

Tasmanian AFL Team
Having a full legitimate Tassie membership would only help if they made the GF wouldn't it? They don't even enter the comp until 2028.

Tasmanian AFL Team
The real question of course is what silly childish name you're going to call the new team.

Tasmanian AFL Team
I quite like the colours, the mascot and the jumper.

Clare Pettyfor Appointed Chief Communications Officer
She could use her own surname as a press release title if we swap Pettyfor Brown for one of the Adelaide games.

Crowd numbers - my perspective
That would just be milking the joke.

NON-MFC: Round 01
Sydney should be very pleased with their start to season 2024. They've managed to beat this year's premiers and last year's premiers in successive weeks.

NON-MFC: Round 01
I'm still a little sceptical about all the claims of matches being fixed or being unduly influenced by umpires or that there is a narrative/agenda as to who plays in the Grand Final. BUT The AFL should surely be concerned that so many footy fans are saying it or thinking it.

Tom Sparrow Re-Signs Until 2026
States have always had their nicknames. Western Australians are known as Sandgropers, Queenslanders as Banana Benders, Tasmanians as Apple Eaters and so on. South Australians are called Crow Eaters. When it was time to name the new team, they realised that everybody would call them "crows" regardless of any other chosen name so decided to stick with that nickname. Further, facts don't seem to have much bearing on teams' nicknames. You'd be hard pressed to find any lion, tigers or bears in Australia. The presence of saints in St Kilda is also a matter of opinion.
