People I know in Hobart say the proposed site is poorly chosen, with not enough parking and little public transport. What do Tasmanian Demonlanders think? @Clintosaurus ? Others?

I do. 155 metres is only five metres shorter than 160 metres. That's a difference of a mere 2.5 metres in each direction from the centre circle.
