  1. Fritta has only recently become 100% injury/niggle free since preseason 2022, at which time began a long period of something troubling him to varying degrees at all times.
  2. Papalia and Loughnan both making jokes about Kozzy going to Freo. They’re commentators ffs.
  3. Soz to kill your one positive HT, they’re two different posters. The Bnag still lives.
  4. The boys fly home tonight then have three days off. Thursday training at Casey.
  5. What’s this “ironing” of which you speak?
  6. #Brand Ghosty I like it!
  7. I’m at a DA working bee right now and one of the guys was at the match yesterday. He confirmed that Ricky M was incredible in the second half, didn’t stand out in the first half. He said Hendo and Jai were good and he was pleased with their performance. This guy is a Casey aficionado and says in general Casey was very strong and impressive. Charles only played one half. Jeffo took several good marks and kicked at least two goals. No injuries 🥳
  8. I’m sorry NC. I’ll try harder, I’ll make sure I earn the $$$ I’m paid to report, which shouldn’t be hard since IT’S A WHOPPING GRAND TOTAL OF SWEET [censored] ALL.
  9. Petts was at training on Friday and nothing seemed amiss 🤷‍♀️
  10. Judgey much? It’s a 24/7 forum And yes, it is a real zinger since it’s a nod to something funny in another thread. LOL says she who bursts into tears at every second reply, replies which she really shouldn’t read. 🤣
  11. And he’s just as happy to still be with us. Him meeting with Geelong wasn’t a sign that he wanted to leave. On the contrary, it was a sign of how hurt he was. And he was hurt because he loves our club and didn’t want to leave. I guess some people won’t believe this unless they hear it straight from him and that’s understandable. FWIW, this is straight from him. Before I get jumped on… I’m not betraying a confidence. Claz has said he doesn’t give a sch!ttt about what people say about him so long as it’s the truth. And this is the truth.
  12. The damage caused was immeasurable
  13. To say an adult is childlike isn’t insulting or in any way negative. Folks think it is because of the ‘child’ part of the word. I have an adult son who is similarly childlike and I think it would be detrimental to pretend he isn’t. I’m sure you agree we don’t live in a cookie cutter world. Why then should the footy world be any different? On the subject of Brad mentioning Clarrie crying: I’m 99% sure Clarrie wouldn’t give a fat rat’s about this being made public. Besides, if Brad was in any doubt I’m sure he would’ve run it by Clarrie first.
  14. Fritta is in Mandurah totally unaware that right now I’m going hammer and tongs with an extremely obnoxious, arrogant, loudmouth Collingwood supporter… his grandpa. This old man’s goin’ down and it won’t be pretty. If I’m not tomorrow’s news headline it’ll be a miracle. 😂 I mean, his grandson kicked six goals in a granny and he’s hanging 💩 on the Dees like there’s no tomoz.
  15. I’ve been told not to repeat this from a buddy who is superstitious and doesn’t wanna moz him but for at least the second half (that’s all he/she was there for) my boy Ricky Mentha starred. Very Kozzie-like But you didn’t hear that from me, K? The same spectator said Jai was serviceable. (I hate that word.)
  16. You’re right, PF. Goody does love Jeffo. But that’s got nothing to do with when Jeffo will debut.
  17. A flimsy excuse if ever I saw one.
  18. Melbourne president Brad Green could hear Clayton Oliver crying down the phone line. The superstar Melbourne midfielder felt betrayed by the Demons after he was dangled as trade bait to Adelaide. But three days after Oliver took matters into his own hands and met with Geelong, Green was ready to draw a big thick line on a disastrous three months and rang the jet onballer on the night of the Demons’ best and fairest. The club was taking its fair share of responsibility for his form and fitness failures in 2024 and, under no circumstances would consider trading him, Green said into the phone. Then came the tears. “It was during the trade period and I said, ‘Claz, I want to tell you what I’m going to say tonight at the best-and-fairest,” Green said. “I said to him, ‘I’m going to say that the starting-four at our first centre bounce next year will be Clayton Oliver, Christian Petracca, Max Gawn and Jack Viney’. “Straight away, he got emotional. I could hear him crying. “He said, ‘Don’t do that’. And I said, ‘Why?’. He said ‘It is B&F night and it is about the award-winners, I don’t want you to speak about me’. And I said, ‘What I want to tell you right now Clarry is that I love you, I love you being part of this club, and you are going to be an all-time great. “I said you will be in the hall of fame, and you are not going anywhere, and that is OK. “And he said back, ‘I love you, Greeny’, and that was it. He was happy.” Brad Green resolved the Clarrie issue in the most effective way possible and it isn’t rocket science. When Clarrie found out one person at our club was looking into a potential trade to Adelaide his feelings were hurt, so much so he set up a meeting with Geelong reps. Fact: he never wanted to leave the MFC, ever. Clarrie is childlike and his reaction to feeling unwanted and undervalued is perfectly normal and to be expected. All he needed at the time was for someone to tell him he IS wanted and he IS valued and most importantly, he IS loved. Sounds simple and that’s because it IS simple. Thank goodness Brad could see this, because Clarrie needed to hear it from someone other than fans etc. PS: my line spacing needs a good talking to. It’s not coming to the party 😑
  19. Ok, sure, we’ll go with that.
  20. Maybe lower your expectations then. 😅 Sorry Andy, but adding an arrogant tagline (aka a signature) like that to every post (on a forum where people, you know, talk with one another) is just inviting needling. It’s at best unnecessary and at worst abrasive. Nonetheless, I apologise 🫤
  21. More like in his 60s going by the decor in the background.
  22. Jay Clark’s piece today… https://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/melbourne-president-brad-green-and-the-emotional-clayton-oliver-phone-call-that-set-things-straight/news-story/6a5cf481e8106b62eb75021975e39238?giftid=LwvAk6BK6C In particular, what BG said about Goody… Don’t even get me started on the phone call to Clarrie bit🥹 Nor the part where he talks about losing his wife 😢
  23. Now that’s a clever nickname 👏
  24. Why are Sydney in black shorts? I get why they aren’t wearing red, but I wonder why not white.
  25. Well I got that wrong then, didn’t I 😅 Seriously though, that’s a huge blow for the Dogs and I feel for Bont 🙁
