  1. Not to put too fine a point on it but Fritta said Dusty was referring to Disco šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø
  2. Bowser wishes he looked 12yo šŸ˜…
  3. It was actually Disco to whom he was referring. He said it to Fritta.
  4. No thanks 🤮 But something I will look at, as should anyone who likes a smile put on their dial is this… 🄰
  5. Their bodies are now suited to the different game-plan and with that comes a raft of benefits, not least of all an abundance of confidence. It’s almost palpable and the vibe is intoxicating. The new boys have walked into this and I reckon that’s why they’re flourishing from the get-go.
  6. This is the biggest change, not just some of the players… pretty much all of them. They’re lean and have amazing muscle definition but aren’t bulky. It’s like they’ve been sculpted. I noticed it in the new year and asked Tom Couch if I was just imagining it. He said it’s a new conditioning program, the focus of which is speed and agility which aligns with the ā€œway the game’s played.ā€ edit: even Bowser has a little six-pack!
  7. Right? They’re always super grateful and some send us pics of their baby with the toy. Maysie sent us pics of little Millie cuddling hers even though it was kinda bigger than her. 🄹
  8. Now, I ask you in all seriousness: if Kozzie’s heart is elsewhere would the toy In Bellanie’s cot be there? Methinks not. šŸ˜… It’s a DA tradition… our awesome resident knitter buys a big stuffed toy and knits a guernsey with the player’s number on the back. It’s given to the player in question just before or just after the birth. And I have the job of courier 🄰
  9. I’ll PM you when I’ve spoken to my bestie. 😊
  10. Ima get Forever Demons a custom spreadsheet. šŸ‘šŸ½
  11. My DA bestie is the Spreadsheet Queen. I’ll ask her to create one for you, FD. Just you and your two nurses, so three all up?
  12. I don’t think so. The friends who are usually at Casey training aren’t there today.
  13. I have no idea what you’re talking about.

Let’s just say we were surprised the kid isn’t a ranga.
  15. Yes Tommo has signed with North’s VFL side. Which brings up yet another opportunity to remind folks that Casey will be playing North in a practice match following our Seniors’ practice match at Arden St. on Saturday Feb. 22nd, the VFL match to commence at 2pm. If you’re planning on attending, would be great to stay around for the second match to give our Casey boys some love. ā¤ļøšŸ’™
  16. Oh ok. Sorry for confusing things. 😊
  17. I’ve mentioned it elsewhere on here but following our praccy vs North at Arden St. on Saturday Feb 22nd there’ll be a second match: a Casey praccy vs North VFL beginning at 2pm. Entry is free.
  18. Played 30-odd with second Club. second club not Carlton

Oi bud, have you been reading the most recent training thread? There was a f/s prospect training with the boys. Richo told us to not say who this kid’s dad is. Folks have been throwing names out and yesterday someone actually named the right player but I can’t remember who. Since you’re the puzzle King, perhaps you’ll work it out. He played 100+ games for us and 30-something games with his second club. End of clues. See? It sucks when a puzzle-setter is a tight-arze with clues, huh. šŸ˜œšŸ˜šŸ˜˜
  20. All nope. Someone has already mentioned the player but I can’t remember who it was. This stupid sworn to secrecy thing is annoying. Come on @Demonstone, you’ll work out who it is. šŸ‘šŸ½
  21. Tommo has signed with North Melbourne VFL. We may well see him play vs Casey at Arden St. in a practice match following our AFL practice match on Saturday February the 22nd.
  22. Just wanted to mention that following our practice match vs North at Arden St. at 11am on Saturday February 22nd there’ll be another practice match - Casey vs North VFL beginning at 2pm.
  23. I understand the importance now, thanks to the clear explanations, but I agree with SWYL in that no club playing practice matches would be ideal.
  24. I’ve always been of the opinion that practice matches aren’t worth the risk of injury in a game that isn’t worth four points. I put this to Richo yesterday and he was adamant they’re of huge importance. He said, ā€œImagine this…Round One we play GWS, right? Our boys run out having played no practice matches. Their players run out with two practice matches under their belt. They’ll beat us by 10 goals, guaranteed.ā€ It made sense at the time but later I was thinking about it and I wondered (and still wonder) why intraclub matches can’t be played instead of practice matches. Wouldn’t the same results be achieved?
