There's a QR code in the ticket. I'd just assumed that could be scanned on entry like we do at the G? Might go to library on way and print it out just in case. Who owns a printer these days!

This week the Casey Demons take on Richmond on Saturday afternoon at the Swinburne Centre (Punt Road Oval) so it’s a nice stroll from one venue to the next for anyone wanting to make a day of it.

I'm all for the attention. Attention = relevancy and if the team continues to perform well that'll eventually = respect. Tonight on the sports news our team selection for Saturday was the second story, ahead of (would you believe) a story re the new Collingwood president!

He was also very impressive and comfortably amongst the best the week before vs Williamstown.

QR codes have nothing to do with seating location. They are to record who is within each section of the ground. MCC, Gate 3, Gate 1... wherever. The stadium has been split into certain sections (which you can't move between) and there is a different QR depending on where you enter. Then later, if someone gets the virus, the contact tracers can contact everyone from the same section of the ground as that person. The info is only compromised if people don't do the QR code, or enter false details.

I went to the game expecting a solid performance and a good win. I spent the first three quarters wondering if we had again gone early with the talk in the press, whether the players had thought they just needed to turn up, whether we'd again got sucked into another hype bubble.. etc I'm glad we got our [censored] together in the last, but the fact I was stressed at what should have been a stress free game tells me that I dont trust them yet, and I still can't be completely sure what we are going to get.
