  1. If Essendon didnt give pick 31 another club would have done a deal with the cats. Ess had to give that pick or another club would have done a similar the deal with Gee. Gee had something they didnt want and took offers for the pick and sold it to Ess. Ess wasnt the only club buying. there was no bluff
  2. The Sunnies Will Come With Me https://www.sen.com.au/programs/sen-wa-breakfast/
  3. One thing to remember is he was playing high half forward as he was playing WAFL seniors. If he was playing Colts he more than likely would have been playing mid and been picked as a mid. Playing seniors in that positioned showed he has real potential to develop into a somebody who can play both positions at a high level. Anyone that can do that well is a real game changer. ie Dusty, trac, Danger
  4. name the other mid size forwards on our list that can also play mid. I'll start, Petracca, you go with the remainder 18...... Essendon didn't trump Geelong for Caddy it was other clubs that had offers to Geelong. Essendon's was the best offer.
  5. If Nth (Clarko) gets his way. Watson would fall to Dee’s.
  6. I know you said youll bow out but are you saying Grundy refused to play?????
  7. So for most part of the year all the talk is Grundy cant play forward, it doesn't work, why is Melb trying to turn a ruckman into a forward?? why is melb playing Gawn forward and Grundy in the ruck. It takes away Gawns strength as the dominate big man in the game. etc etc and then why didnt we play Grundy in a final. Ask yourself, and Goody said it before the game. Schache play back if needed. Could Grundy? Schache can play fwd if needed. Could Grundy? Schache play ruck if needed. Could Grundy? I'll take Schache in 2 out of 3. Schache covered all bases Grundy didnt. The face he didnt come on to replace Tmac is a different argument.
  8. Cal Twomey reporting on the latest GETTABLE ep that Melbourne offered 6,11,42 and F1 during trade week!!!!!
  9. Who says no??? Melb swap 6,11, F1 for 3 and 18 (or 15/17)
  10. I wonder why he was a late out for the KB game "managed" coming off a 9 day break with a bye the following week????
  11. The other list spot that may or may not open up is Melky. Depending on what happens today and draft night he we either me on main list or moved to a rookie spot
  12. What's your sight on next years crop? @ChaserJ If Curtain is there at Melbourne's pick and WCE offered up there F1 would Melbourne do the deal or take Curtain???
  13. Not quite. One of the clubs during a recent interview asked which 3 clubs would he like to play for? His response was the club who he was being interviewed by (he didn't specify the club), Geelong who he supports and Collingwood because of the crowds.
  14. It was always going to be done before Fullarton. There was no need for Fullarton if the Grundy deal fell through and he ended up staying.
