PREGAME: Match SIM vs Richmond
This sounds like a fantastic initiative by the club. Just like a the family day but with a practice match as an added bonus. Will be a fantastic day and turnout I'm sure. Some others are talking up the pies effort. 4.30 midweek on a work/school day is never a good time. Followed by a "Jumper Presentation" which was the players walking onto a balcony 15m above the fans which I heard only a handful stayed around for as it took a considerable time to start after as the players warmed down and showered after the game. A lot of family/kids where seen leaving disappointed after not being able to wait around any longer having to get kids home for dinner and ready for school the next day.

So the pies are holding an Intra-Club Family day, exactly what Melbourne are doing. Haters going to hate.

SCG is the ground to go small. JVR/Fritch/McAdam(?) with Spargo, Billings, Chandler, ANB Lauire would be the way to go.

Goody and the match committee took a big chance. Played our captain and probably our most important player with an injury. Even though we lost you could say the chance paid off as Max played the whole game and the insurance wasnt needed. I would have much preferred Schache sit on the bench the whole game and Max play then Max pull up saw at half time and we sub on Laurie ands have to play Tmac in the ruck

Gawn went into the game injured with a broken toe. Itywasnt a break glass move it was an insurance move with not knowing if Gawn was going to be able to get through the game. Gawn played the game out, Schache didnt get on.

Tmac was more than serviceable as a key back he just has a problem with depth of kicks which would result in his kicks either dropping short or more than likely going over the head of the leading player. This problem was some what eliminated when moved forward and he became pretty reliable kick for goal as it didnt matter how far over the goal umpires head the ball ended up going.

What Injury profile??? Since his break out game/season he has missed one chunk of 10 games in 2017 and the remaining season has played near on full seasons for the last 8 years.

Kossie's having a baby
I did consider it but when people are tagging her in the instagram post using her name and she replies to it I didn’t think privacy was an issue.

Kossie's having a baby
If not its got "going home for family support" written all over it

AFLW Sign, Draft and Trade Period 2023-24
The problem with Birch this season is she was forced to play FB because we couldn't play her anywhere else. She has always had limited pace and lateral movement. She was played as the backstop a lot so not to let her opponent get goal side of her as she struggles once her opponent is goal side. Refer north final. As the players have got bigger and stronger the last couple of years she has also repeatable got pushed off the ball with ease and out-marked one on one. I look forward to Mick playing Banno or Tay one out in the goal square next season. Gay will be missed but the others are not best 12-15. All teams have had movement last couple season and we have kept everyone we wanted too. It was just a matter of time before some girls took better offers elsewhere once the carrot of a flag was achieved.

surly you don't need to ask goody for answers to these questions 1. We took in a sub who was injury cover for either forward, ruck and back. We didn't have any injury so the sub was not used. 2. we felt more run from the back was they way to go so we went a little smaller in the back half. While McStay kicked 2 quick goals he was larger infective. 3.We feet letting the players sleep in there own bed and still have some sort of weekly routine inside the football club and outside football was the best way to go. 4. we had record accuracy in the first half of the season. the coaches and players are working on goal kicking consistently and are confident what we saw at the end of the season isn't a trend. I suppose its in the heading. Football forum. its not a building forum.

If Essendon didnt give pick 31 another club would have done a deal with the cats. Ess had to give that pick or another club would have done a similar the deal with Gee. Gee had something they didnt want and took offers for the pick and sold it to Ess. Ess wasnt the only club buying. there was no bluff

Welcome to Demonland Koltyn Tholstrup
One thing to remember is he was playing high half forward as he was playing WAFL seniors. If he was playing Colts he more than likely would have been playing mid and been picked as a mid. Playing seniors in that positioned showed he has real potential to develop into a somebody who can play both positions at a high level. Anyone that can do that well is a real game changer. ie Dusty, trac, Danger
