The Tobie Travaglia Thread
I believe JT was keen on Willmot and tried to trade up for him and I see a bit of him in Travaglia.

Farewell Adam Tomlinson
He could pick or choose his club he'd have no shortage of offers at 1K+ a game or he could ho to the ammos and play for the love of the game😄

The Wade Derksen Thread
Only option we have to play with is future picks swaps. Melb F2 and F3 for GWS F2 and F3. We need to end with a F2 and a F3 no matter who's pick it is.

Tim Lamb
What does a recruiter and list manager know about being a CEO and running a million dollar business??? If Melb sacked Pert and appointed Tim Lamb would it be a good or bad appointment.

The Draft Pick Upgrade Thread
I think clubs banking on us bombing next year is the key to us landing any pick this year for out F1. Comparing with Carl or Pies our F1 is a lot more enticing to GCS with Melb more then likely finishing below these teams, in others eyes then above, however it will come down to what we or others add to the F1.

Oliver Trade Rumours
Pert is on the list management committee. He sits in the weekly meetings. So what if he rings another contact at another club. Maybe he has a better relationship with them compared to Lamb. Maybe he rang Ned Kelly cause the Pies don’t have a footy manager currently. I've never seen something so over blown than the blow up over Pert contacting another club.

Oliver Trade Rumours
Where's Stengle?? in the toilet?? Hes reporting his opinion. However, he believes both Oliver and the Demons have reached a point where they should attempt to get a deal done.

Nathan Bassett to Dees as Forwards Coach?
He cant be the forward line coach he played as a backman. Just like a ruckman couldn't be our forward line coach. Have I got it right????

Trade Targets
5, 25 (ANB), then who's buying our F1????

Trade Targets
this was also my read on the situation. It had nothing to so with any Trac ordeal. It was always to do with us saying no to pick 5 after the original dealings was when we looked to have a teen pick. When we dropped to pick 5 WE called the deal off. Was convenient for the Port/Houston camp to use the Trac situation as a story and not Melbourne pulling out.

New List Manager - Tim Lamb?
What you are missing is we have been in contention the last 4 years. We need some experienced back ups if come finals time we had injuries to best 22 players. Schache, Hunter Billings all fit this need. Id much rather Hunter starting on the wing in a prelim final if Lingers gets injured than some 18yo pick 67. The other factor is with both Hunter and Billings we did a favors for Paul Connors. When he pays us back they will be a small price to pay in the big picture of things.

Training Ground?
The Umpires home base seems to me to be the key in all this

The Wade Derksen Thread
GWS are stacked for talls back and fwd. No disgrace to not get a game fwd behind Hogan, Cadman, Ricardi or down back behind Taylor, Buckley, Himmelberg, Idun, Aleer or Haynes
