Ricky has improved heaps in this year. At the start of the season he looked a bit lost and struggled to get involved. Since getting a permanent spot forward he has really grown and shown his speed and skills in bursts.

I can see Oliver slimming down, improving his running and getting the handball game back. I see Oliver has a lot more commitment and faith in the club, really wants to be here. I cannot see Trac improving his goal kicking significantly enough to warrant him playing majority forward. I don't see Trac as committed to the club.

We simply did not have another choice. We lost Yze and McQualter. We poached one coach in Basset and had no more options. Cannot forget we also elevated Sam Radford to midfield coach as well. Jones is just the stoppage coach. I also think he was appointed in some way to mend and manage the relationships between Viney/Trac/Oliver/Gawn as Goodwin believed the old core would be successful once again.

In my mind, we are gunning for Bucks and a senior assistant midfield and strategy coach. Bucks commands the players, drives standards and culture. Our new senior assistant (i am hoping Cam Bruce) will drive the strategy of the modern game.

Kiddy Coleman is made of glass, cannot get fit. Same as Treloar. McIntosh is the sub most games at richmond at shouldn't be near a best 22 next year.
