Kane Cornes: Demons prove you can't believe a word they say
When that documentary comes out, Cornes may be vindicated...

Tairon Ah-Mu - No access for Dees NGA Talent
Big brute forwards who can't run just don't have a place in the modern game.

Training Ground?
Is there a possibility that Waverly would replace the use of Gosch's paddock/AAMI/MCG precinct while we still utilised Casey too?

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 11th February 2026
I see a world where Fritsch plays on a wing/hf role, freeing up Melk or Jeffo to stay inside 50. Especially with Culley's injury, that wing role is up for grabs.

MATCH SIM: Friday 6th February 2026
I'm hoping that Steele and other defensive minded mids will also be helping release Windsor. Still, if he can collect ground balls at speed I don't see many players keeping up with him.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 4th February 2026
In my sport, we would call this situational training Since this isn't a true match sim, it's just practicing a certain scenario

The Pain Driving Lever in 2026
Professional sportsman should be borderline delusional. At the point he no longer believes in his body/ability is when he should retire.

Rolling Weekly Best 23
IMO Kozzy/Rivers/Steele will be our midfield core. Langford and Culley will rotate mostly through wing/HF/midfield IMO.

New jumper sponsors?
As long as neither brand is gang affiliated, I will take it. Agreed it does look horrid but this won't be a pretty season. Take the cash and run, we'll look prettier in 2-3 years when we're a competitive team.

Jai Culley Breakout Season?
Supporting ruck is very interesting, he shows willingness to contest physically so it would suit him.

- The Midfield - where do the Demons stand?
There's a bunch of bizarre parallels between us and the Bucks - they've both gone through big coaching changes largely pushed by their stars (Giannis/Petracca). They also blew up their championship team and cut loose some players for well unders (Dame Lillard/Clayton Oliver) Lastly they also went out in straight sets in '22 and '23 as well- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 10th December 2025
He's a Dees fanatic, grew up around Maxy and other club legends. He's already capable of playing VFL, he does not need another year in the QLD b-leagues.- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 10th December 2025
Harvey looks YUGE- PRESEASON TRAINING: Friday 5th December 2025
Curious to see how Harvey Langford is travelling- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 3rd December 2025
Henderson looks like he's in superb shape- NEXT GENERATION ACADEMY: Rule Changes
I just don't understand why any of these changes have been made- TV Rights Moving Forward
DAZN has done horrible things to boxing and other sports media, would hate to see them get the deal- Blake Howes 2026
Xavier Taylor would immediately take Howes spot in the backline Play him on the wing or as a 3rd banana tall- AFL Draft 2025: Preseason and Rookie Draft
Hoping for a Sinema rookie pick 🤞 Most likely he will have to fight it out in the SSP period- AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Between Farrow/Nairn - we have options forward/mid/back for the future. Both tick the positional flexibility requirement. Also shows us why a small forward is not high on our priority list - Dovaston/Pickett can play one position.- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 12th November 2025
Kolt looked quite trim in some of the training photos, good to hear he was running well- Bailey Laurie to half-back in 2026?
I'd like to see him play at least 2 games in his preferred position before the years end If Viney/Steele have any extended period of injury he naturally replaces them- Sam Grlj
I do not see the Butters comparison as he does not move through traffic particularly well, he is very fast but he runs himself into trouble running in straight lines, where I see Butters as being a lot more evasive. I wonder if he would do well re-purposed as a speedy half forward in his first few years.- Wildcard Round
Halfway into the last season, the top 8 was effectively settled and there was absolutely nothing to play for. For this reason alone, I am interested to see how this goes. - The Midfield - where do the Demons stand?
