The rating systems favour half backs more than any other position, there's 5-6 half backs in their top 10 this year

Bit of Finn Callaghan in the way he is an oversized outside mid, played really well on the wing all year but lots of work to do as a stoppage midfielder for sure.

I'm not sure if ground ball gets or post clearance possessions are worth much. But I thought he did a good job feeding loose balls to the other mids all game.

Interestingly, between the two interviews - the coach announcement was moved from prelim finals week to the granny week. Both interviews were published on the same day though.

Ricky has improved heaps in this year. At the start of the season he looked a bit lost and struggled to get involved. Since getting a permanent spot forward he has really grown and shown his speed and skills in bursts.

Great game from Claz, low contested numbers but got plenty of it. 86% disposal efficiency, 2 turnovers, pretty good.

Leadership, elite skills, tough as nails. Sky's the limit.

I can see Oliver slimming down, improving his running and getting the handball game back. I see Oliver has a lot more commitment and faith in the club, really wants to be here. I cannot see Trac improving his goal kicking significantly enough to warrant him playing majority forward. I don't see Trac as committed to the club.
