Don't mind it. If we had a pure ruck, we would struggle to find room for Melk, JVR, Petty and Disco. By including Petty we can rotate one of the big 3 in the ruck while keeping our forward structure similar to last week. This ensures we include our most talented and competitive players. Fullarton and Verrel are project picks, neither are ready.

Don't see how Verral has the tank to compete for a full game at AFL level. Draper is a big lad and will surely bully him around the ground, does not offer much as a contested mark either. Unsure why we recruited Fullarton if not for these moments.

Salem when playing is very reliable. Never a big gap in his best and worst, bar returns from injury/illness. Cool, calm and experienced. His kicking can be safe but it mixes in well with our attacking half backs. Will retire a demon imo.

Against Bris we won tackle count by 18 with 7 more tackles inside 50, we had 12 more 1%ers, +14 contested possession. On our home turf we take this.

Once they subbed their young tall forward their running power increased a lot, then once Petty was injured it amplified this issue. Sub should have happened much quicker.

Feeling that Salem will be out due to his knee injury. Tommo has been playing good footy but with Lever returning, May and TMAC and Tommo we will be too tall. Maybe Howes gets dropped but he plays smaller and is much quicker than the others mentioned.
