JT seems to have an emphasis on drafting highly competitive players but also players who blossom late. He talks about it alot when interviewed and has said Taj Woewodin really showed improvement in the late part of the season, which is a dead giveaway we will pick him under F/son. Not true. Nathan Ablett was a much better footballer pre AFL than Ablett jnr. He got there on merit and played well in Geelong's premiership.

When you take out all his knee reconstructions, smoking on the way to training and turning up half cut on his first day we can easily eliminate a few years. Safely in his top 20.
