Agree. In previous years Oliver, Viney, Brayshaw and Petracca were see ball get ball but alot of the time they were all going for it at once. This year thanks to the players maturing, an emphasis on selflessness and some strategic help from Yze we were alot better on the outside.

Oliver's goal. He was brilliant and to see our most selfless player kick what was effectively the sealer was something to behold.

Neither is winning the coaches votes for the season, getting 33 possessions, 10 tackles , shutting down Bont and a nail in the coffin goal in a GF. Voted the most selfless player by your teammates in a trend other clubs are trying to follow. Or a giant who is All Australian captain, kicked a goal after the siren to see his team win minor premiers and kick 5 goals in a preliminary final from anywhere he got it within 60m.

The Adelaide loss was due to the umpires not paying deliberate at the end of the game. The irony is that they did pay deliberate against Brayshaw (when it wasn't) in the last game of the home and away season and it won us the much more important game.
