So we would look at it if 2 but not if 7+8?? From what I know of this pool I’d prefer two of the group available at 7+8 than 1 of Duursma/CDT/Robey. If Duursma went at 1 (likely) then it is pretty much the bolter Robey at 2 as I couldn’t see us taking a young ruckman (especially when we’ve committed to Kalani).

Many would argue that pick 17 in last year’s draft had a better year (in his first season) than Humphrey had last year. Statistically similar years in many ways.

Picks 11 & 12 are the likely landing spots for picks 7 and 8 in this years‘ draft. Josh Lindsay will be around that mark but there are SA and WA kids lurking everywhere around that mark in Cal’s most recent rankings. I’m sure that’ll provide the next fun thread on Demonland.

And I can absolutely 100% see MFC being appeased (perhaps not some supporters though) come the end of the trade period with a package comprising of draft picks. That doesn’t mean BH isn’t option A for us though.

Nobody knows the answer on this until it happens/ doesn’t happen but I would put my house on it GC is confident they could get a deal done for Trac with draft picks if this happens

GC would back themselves to get Petracca with draft picks (and I think they will) if BH went elsewhere or didn’t leave at all (which sounds likely) McKenzie wouldn’t necessarily need to go to GC, Hawks could trade him for collateral Hawks have enough to get BH done if it came up.

Not sounding good on the BH front. Craig Cameron saying they won’t trade him but he sounds genuine. It doesn’t sound like a tactic. But also has given BH a few whacks in the chat. Just called him ‘impetuous’!!
