AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Carlton have 9 & 11 but would want to move at least one of those one so it doesn’t get sucked up by their father-son Dean. Carlton 9 for our future 1st tied to GC to give us 7/8/9?

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Have we committed to taking Sinnema? Does he get mentioned at all in any of the phantom drafts?

Mitch Marsh
It’d be nice to select a kid from Victoria.

I’m not much of a conspiracy theorist but it wouldn’t surprise me if the AFL accidentally give them an ok draw

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Well technically 2 + 28 (not 13) is close to exact from a points view so if you could squeeze 2 + 13 out of meth coast then I think we should hire you in Lamby’s team!

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
I’m not sure how you would know that…. Bbq? Objectively though (ie looking at draft pick points values), 2 & 13 for 7 & 8 would have to be up there with one of the most lop-sided pick swaps in history. I’d love if we could get it done, but I think it is a fair way off reality.

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
For those suggesting we might swap 7/8 for 2 and a pick in the teens, the equivalent points value of 7/8 is more like 2 & 30. And yes, I understand the points system isn’t everything but I guarantee you Wet Toast would be quick to point it out to Melbourne if we started sniffing around pick 2.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
Toby Greene and his family got a rude shock last night when Clarry lobbed on his doorstep with a duffel bag and an attitude.

Grading the Trade Week
Pardon me but how are Hawthorn a B-? They shuffled some picks around and fumbled a top-5 player in the comp.

Did he pen that from the toilet? Incredible

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
As it stands, our current picks aren’t really in the market for either of these players

Farewell Christian Petracca
Other people write the recipes for him. He is actually an average cook in real life. True story.

Bailey Humphrey
To be clear, either we get Humphrey or we WILL NOT deal Petracca.

So it turns out saying it over and over again doesn’t actually make it happen? Hmmm… weird.

Not convinced BH is the only reason we wanted GC involved. Not saying it wasn’t part of it, but when you look at the draft hand of Adelaide v GC and the needs of GC given their academy kids, I reckon that was equally influential

Plausible. That scenario would give GWS a net gain of +350 draft points

Could well be planning to use the other bits and bobs we pick up in the deal to better 24- Bailey Humphrey
Not sure if this has been said on here yet but no Bailey, no Trac.- Farewell Clayton Oliver
Predict Oliver and Trac deals are announced close together so Dees can bundle the message and minimise isolated criticism. Lamb has form of talking about the ‘sum of all parts’ as opposed to the return from individual deals- Bailey Humphrey
There it is. The 1,000th time this has been said on Demonland in the last week 👏- Bailey Humphrey
3 reasons we won’t keep him and the ‘I’ve got his back’ was just trade-time posturing; culture overhaul salary cap relief the offer appears bloody good! (despite what you read on Demonland)- Farewell Clayton Oliver
His manager will tell him it’s the equivalent of a first rounder - he won’t know the difference - Farewell Christian Petracca
