Sorry but asking your predecessor for advice isn't unprofessional. Personally I'm not enamoured by any leaders I see out there at the moment. I continually see the Duursma name rated highly but everytime I watch them in the AFL I'm totally underwhelmed. Jamie Duursma has them all covered.
