Ditterich. Twice import, once export- Parking at the G
Finally. It's incredibly annoying driving 1 hour to the game through traffic and then arriving at the car park only to find it full and then having to park 30 minutes away from the ground by foot- Thank you to Claremont & East Fremantle
Yes, the SANFL has been very kind to us: Pickett, Petty, Chandler, Nibbler, Sparrow. Must have a very good scout over there- Clayton Oliver 150th Game
- Rising Star Drought at the Dees
Bit of an indictment on Gold Coast's recruiting. 12 years of concessions, high draft picks and zone access and all they can produce over the journey are 21 nominees- Ticketing 2023
Funnily enough, during half time at the first Derby there at Optus, Virgin ran a spin-the-wheel promotion that gave one lucky fan the chance to score a free flight to a particular destination somewhere around the World. Guess what the poor fan won: a free flight from Perth to Kalgoorlie!- Ticketing 2023
Expect to pay more for good seats then. Absolute rort at Optus: https://www.perthnow.com.au/sport/afl/price-of-attending-afl-games-at-optus-stadium-significantly-higher-than-mcg-as-cost-of-living-hits-families-c-9777082 One of their reserved seat memberships only costs $1675- Ticketing 2023
They go on sale today at 1pm our time (AEDT). Cheer squad in bay 105- Farewell Brodie Grundy
Those matches in 2021 against Geelong were the exception. Generally speaking, his set shots on goal aren't great. Hope he can kick more goals than points, something he hasn't done in home and away since 2016- POSTGAME: Match SIM vs St. Kilda
- Farewell Brodie Grundy
Well, if that's true, let's hope Gawny has been practising his set shots on goal- PRE-GAME: Match SIM vs St. Kilda

Yes, we should have our own museum at the MCG where our various cups/pennants are on display and where the public can purchase Demons merchandise. Similar to the Bayern Munich museum at the Allianz- Training Ground?
No, we lost Olympic Park because our finances were sh*t at the time and McGuire/Brumby/Fildes did secret deals to secure it for Collingwood- Training Ground?
There is no hope in today's economic climate and inflated building prices that this will occur. I mean how much would this development cost? More than a quarter of a billion? Let's just accept what we have in the meantime (I mean we won a premiership with the current set up), consolidate and build up our finances over time and then seize the opportunity to find a home when the time is right- Training Ground?
That will end up in smoke- Training Ground?
Would be great to have a home stadium/training base on the Mornington Peninsula then, similar to the Kardinia Park set up on the Bellarine Peninsula- Selwyn Griffith
And does anyone know who the coaches working under Griffith are? Am I correct in thinking AFL clubs now have a "High Performance Manager" (e.g. the role Griffith is in) and a separate "Strength and Conditioning Coach"?- Selwyn Griffith
For total number of players used in a season, click here and sort by number of players used (3rd column). West Coast used the most last season with 47; Melbourne the least with 33; AFL average was 38. For number of debutants, click here (not sure how reliable the data is). West Coast had the most with 10; Melbourne the least with 1. For games missed through injury, the AFL usually publishes an annual injury report in May of the following year- Training Ground?
If the Mornington Peninsula ever gets its deserved "regional" status from a Vic government, set up a stadium and training base down there (somewhere) and get minimum $150m in funding. It would offer the players the exact same lifestyle the Geelong players enjoy and it could become another graveyard for opposition teams, like GMHBA stadium- Training Ground?
You can't be serious. Gutnick was ousted in 2001 and up until then Olympic Park was in the hands of Athletics Victoria/Australia until Brumby, McGuire and Fildes did secret deals to obtain it for Collingwood in 2008. Gutnick, ignoring all his failings, deserves a life membership for helping Melbourne survive during the wretched merger period- Aaron Cadman
