The cheesy early-90s music thread
The original was the best, especially the opening scene with the Pointer Sisters and the truck (no CGI in those days):

Great player Suma but he has been eating too many of his hallucinogenic peppers from his veggie business: Peter Sumich: West Coast Eagles could target Melbourne Demons Jacob van Rooyen and Brodie Grundy- CASEY: Rd 18 vs Coburg

I guess this thread can now be put, well and truly, into hibernation. After the events of today, we haven't got a hope in hell in securing any funding whatsoever from the current state government for a home base- Judd McVee and the Rising Star Award

And Simon Madden only had 5000+ hit outs and kicked 575 goals for Essendon- Farewell Brodie Grundy

https://thewest.com.au/sport/afl/a-six-pack-of-ipa-interesting-points-allegedly-fremantles-michael-walters-the-afls-best-set-shot-kick-c-11234211 "Melbourne and Brisbane will this week play each other for the fifth time since round 15 last year, a run which includes the Lions’ semifinal upset win last September. Thanks to the AFL’s unbalanced fixture, there are five different pairs of clubs that are yet to meet a single time during that span. The Western Bulldogs haven’t played West Coast or Essendon at any point in that time period, while there have also been no match-ups for Carlton against Port Adelaide, Collingwood against Hawthorn, and Gold Coast against GWS." Just shows how ridiculous the fixture for the number 1 sport in Australia is. Major sports around the world must laugh at AFL fixturing, if they even care what happens down here at the ars* end of the world. Why can't we have less games where teams play each other once (rotate the home match every second year) and supplement it with a state of origin tournament? Surely a fixture like that is less comprised and "unbalanced".- PREGAME: Rd 18 vs Brisbane

So why can't they train at Victoria Park and leave us on Gosch's?- Training Ground?
That's funny because I saw Collingwood training on Gosch's Paddock this morning. Maybe they got kicked off their AIA Centre (the old Olympic Park) for the World Cup and in turn, kicked us off Gosch's Paddock?- Darren Bennett's goal kicking
Adrian Burns for Essendon was filth. Elbowed Jimmy in the head that day. Then broke the collarbone of our GM Alan Richardson in the 1990 semi (in a sling tackle) which caused him to miss the premiership win for Collingwood that year- Darren Bennett's goal kicking
