POSTGAME: MS01 vs Adelaide
Please take a chill pill Skuit You are inexplicably failing to understand my response. "Petty" is added to the list of marking Demon forwards that YBlood mentioned. Then you reply with your assertion that my reply is curt as I questioned whether you were joking or had Forgotten Harrison Petty you know our back turned forward who marks well! Now you accuse me of harrying you response. I feel it is you who owe an apology in this exchange. You completely botched the whole posts as you couldn't relate to our player Petty!

Petracca signs on until 2022
My recollection that was around the 2019 review period. Also I recall a big issue of that event was the time in the midfield he desired. Without it being reported I seem to have the idea the Club (FD ie Josh Mahoney) threw the bell back in CP5 court a la fitness etc. Now About 5 months on look what's happened as a result. Lighter fitter more svelte Trac with a more mature and results based approach To match the Clubs heightened approach from the 2019 disaster culminating in The last week of highs of huge proportions. Four Year Plan Saturday's Marsh gamecresult and Tracs ground breaking BOG backing up his stellar pre season efforts as pacemaker. Gawnys Captaincy and Jacks dusl Commitment you VC and Club. Trac recommitting for 2 more years till end of 2022. General air of sudden maturity around Club plus Doco showing these signs of unity and care About our total 43 List players. Bring 2020 on please!!!

POSTGAME: MS01 vs Adelaide
Brown was not that bad 3 goals from sniffing and competing the ball. Did ANB do thst no! Spargo promising Defence Don't agree Thought Lever did well early then dropped off and came again Hibbo By far the worst of the defenders and wasted the ball! Oscar's opponent got a point !!!! Lockhart will be and was a good contributor and was busy. Looked positive kicked well and broke game open on occasions Well done Harmsey Quiet by his own standards I still think he is best on ball and resting forward

To Hell & Back Episode 3
Sorry CB it's on the AFL website in a prominent position not far from Maxy's Captaincy announcement. Fies Gill or Shocking have to promote it ? Thats our job and the Club's!!!

Family Day 2020 (23/2/20)
And what spots don't you want HB to pop up at DW. Maybe the NBL ? He was just asked to train when Stephen May and he were at a game prior to Xmas with another player Nev Jetta I think. But tough he has done everything right and if you believe what you see in the doco then he is more than all in and totally emotionally involved. Your comment was really not necessary IMO.

AFLW: Rd 3 vs St Kilda
No it's not a new way. Our Women's team have given up 3 possible years of Finals football by wasteful and haphazard forward line displays featuring inaccurate kicking like on Friday night. Each previous season had featured us clearly the better team but being wasteful and clueless on how to knock goals. Dame problem and if Mick doesn't get it right the same result will happen ie We will finish with nearly enough wins or be out of the final 3 on our Conference. Over to you Mick and Ladies fix it or fail!! And if you don't you should fall on your own sword Mick.

Goodwin: 'We were the worst side in the history of the game'
Did he know that this would be in the Series? You can't necessarily pick and choose if you want to show it warts and all. Do you really think Nathan Jones and Tom Mac will organise a rebel meeting in protest? Thry are so relieved that the Club has moved on and are mature enough NOW to cope with this ground breaking Series which as most people now admit is one of the best decisions and productions in our recent history. Thats despite some petty talk about the title which was really "a little storm in a teacup" by some nit picking comments!

2020 Leadership Group
Profound apologies OD and Wiseblood. Perhaps I should catch up With DL a bit earlier in the day. Hope it's great season Go Dees

MFC Strategic Plan for Next 4 Years
Trump you are still crapping on with fake news like your counterpart Perhsos a 14 day quarantine might rejoice the positive vibes for the Dees
-
Two Spots Left in Final Eight
That's why they have the 4 year Plan Rodney!!!
-
2020 Leadership Group
That is a ridiculous statement Why have a leadership group then? OD not much knowledge gained in your many years ! Wiseblood time to change your name to Not very wise blood ! Seriously guys good Leadership groups set standards and maintain them. Have a big influence out on the ground if they do their job properly. Poor old Luke Hodge Ron Barassi (and Stephan May) must be wondering what Leadership is. in good Clubs it makes a big difference. Perhaps last years Leaders efforts have dulled your judgement and memory after watching the Dees

Injury List 2020
Mach 5 is like Poita and a couple of others on this site. They criticise most Club decisions And are negative By and large. Only offerings are over the top generalisations, and comments not backed up via any source or detail. Basically all fake news and unsubstantiated opinion!!!

Injury List 2020
Are you serious 64? In sport athletes have to train and prepare! What else Do you want Pete season to be? sitting around the centre circle playing poker or maybe two up?

First Round - All booked!!
Most Eagles games are betw 50,000 and 56,000. in 2019 From memory our crowd was about 51 500 odd. I would expect about 53,000 Or certainly no More than 55,000 but it is an opening round. Good luck Whoever goes and enjoy the game snd day They are by far the biggest whingers and biased crowd in the AFL do if we Knock 'rm off We will have earned it.

Saints Biggest Victorian Beggar
No I don't think it's that simple Dr Their Etihad/Marvel Staduim deal has hamstrung them for years. (As has Bulldogs and Kangas) but it's o lot more difficult to get supporters to go in numbers to Their stadium than the G.But fair is fair and we have been at the G for a lifetime and when big Clubs play us or we are firing hosting bid Vic Clubs we can draw large numbers as 2016/17/18 showed. Plus we have I believe a more engaged supporter base. (2019 did not show that in attendance as most of the 52,000 stayed away (about 30,00 to be honest) in droves once we were in our malaise of losses and no longer looking like succeeding as expected. But Saints are a rare beast and seem to cobble together a team and Ability to survive irrespective of their teams results or ability. But when dies judgement day come to them!!! $12 million in debt!!

Mooney backs the Dees
So TGR you have researched the Cats and come up with 2 INS and 2OUTS. Remarkable Selwood and Hawkins in the draft and lost Kingsley and Riccardi Surely that is only a small summary of the movement in personnel. HOWEVER let's compare on this flimsy base !!! Dees IN Langdon Tomlinson Brown ( at least as good as Kingsley) and not even considering Harley!!! PLUS Jackson Kossie and Rivers PLUS Injured most or whole of season Vandenberg Sparrow and May OUT Lewis Frost Stretch Garlett. Reckon it's about Even (or we are ahead ) as long as you consider Selleood snd Hawkins as recruits in Year 1 and not the finished product of today. Further pluses for Dees Well documented Surgeries and near worst horrific injury list which resulted in lack of fitness and compatibility of team cohesion virtually all season. Pluses For Cats I Must add that many of their existing list was comprised of players that emerged that year as once in generation Geelong (And AFL ) greats. Improvement is necessary in nearly all our 21-26 year olds if we are to contend as in 2018 but most Demon fans would back Trac Angus Weid Jack V Lever Salem Harmesy Fritsch ANB and Clarry to all have better seasons in 2019 than 2020, based on fitness (and availability) alone. 2018 showed more than a glimpse of our potential if we are fit and have a good run of availability. FWIW I am confident we will improve considerably in 2020 but a Premiership yes it's a chance so let's go all out and get that 4 year Plan underway as successful as possible.
