So a fashion guru named "Biskit" is the sole judge and jury on our new sponsorship partner IG ( who prob has paid 1/2 mill or maybe even a $mill for the privilege) for their logo in the prime position in 2023. Let's be honest it's small and is not any different really to the previous prime logo sponsor NB ( New Balance). It doesn't take over the jumper and is much more subtle than the Hertz yellow background. Any one claiming it ruins the jumper or is out of line just wants to create a big hoo ha has not much else to grumble about. Our jumper looks good because of its red and blue heritage and our design and the more sponsorship we can gain far outweighs any pitiful grandstanding.

Their Prem window has been open since 2007ie 16 years. Look at their record of Finals games etc. Missed Finals only once in that time in 2015. You have tried to categorise the teams that have won Flags. A dynasty is over a period with different players involved but a .Flag team may be more prevalent at a different time of their window. It doesn't matter how or who are in the team can be a Baby Bombers style team ie very young or an old team like this years Cats. It's the total of years when a Flag window is open that brings a Dynasty together involving all different players in those years. Usually some champions are in the teams glueing the side together. We are starting our Run last year and if we continue to make Finals and win some more Flags over the next 3/6 years it will be our Dynasty.

We are right in the mix in the next 5 years and our fitness snd injury plus the little thugs like Maysie and Goody off field just are enough to interfere at times. Like your positivity Fr-ap but you have made a few assumptions more on the Cats than us in each position. I believe it could be both Dees and Cats separate from the rest in 2023 providing we regain our list in good health and we integrate stronger form selection policies and our role players return to 2021 standards, I also think we have enough depth snd Grundy and one top talent from the draft plus our 2022 Casey Demons boost our depth for 2023. Your way off pace IMO thinking Csts are at the end of their run and their 3 recruits in this trade are all young snd IMO better prepared for AFL than most of JVR Taj Laurie AMW Howes and McPhee are in their career timelines. Interesting you say they won't develop to be a dynasty. Actually they are A DYNASTY and have been for 15 years!! There is improvement in both Clubs lists and I am bullish we can return to 2021 standard or more but Cats are in a very confident period and age won't debar them in 2023 unless they are injured. Its going yo be fascinating watching each Club in2023.

Thanks LN Surprised Jayden didn't get a greater no of disposals in 2021/22 than in2019 considering he played forward mostly in 19 and as a defender albeit lockdown the last 2 years ie 46 games. However that backs up the consistent ratio of disposals 12 snd 11.85 and 2.7 clangers also in both. Thought his role in defence was his most consistent over his career also for the team. I think he read the situation (probably explained to him at his exit 2022 interview ) snd has opted for an AFL career to be extended and risk not playing in a Flag winning team at the Dees. Hope he has many good days on Optus Stadium which suits him but just not against us !!

KITP You may want to check the current crowds in AFLW snd it's all about what the crowd looks like on the screen! Casey is on par with Swinburne Centre ( the day we played the VFL Premiership was down as it clashed and was wet) Vic Park are down around 1, 500 this year so location is not a big issue when you talk about crowds below 2,000. For a family it's a great atmosphere st a smaller Community Ovsl.

It's Hunt vs Spargo or Spargo vs Bedford really isn't it! Not sure what Dow is on but he also has a year on contract to go so a mini "Treloar" deal might be needed Gorg. Its only probably fantasy talk as this is my post only re Dow not much excitement but we need pace and outside run badly IMO.
