The List Manager Tim Lamb
i would move woey on and take 7,8,37, kalani at the draft and then jackson voss or mcfadyen (lions academy) as a rookie as needs based players voss replaces mcvee and covers for salem/amw and offers some immediate depth down back with lots of our existing options playing up the ground and mcfadyen could play the mcadam fritsch melky role hes 189cm, like a better noah yze, more agile, similar to hayward i'd say maybe without all of the pace

Rumours
my advice to the league which stops this silly loophole is if a player is still deemed a rookie, ie they have played under 10 games at the end of their draft contract, they can be shifted to the rookie list free of charge to continue their development, so we could feasibly have done so with adams but it means gunston isnt a rookie, and there is no actual danger of clubs poaching your player whilst theyre unsigned and getting redrafted. it would allow talls and smalls in particular adequate time to develop and would return the rookie list to its actual namely purpose would have been my choice over jiath

2025 List and Contract Details
nah you're off again aha its 42 max plus B rookies so were at 34 so plus 4 ND picks 3 live and white would mean no rookies, or we take 3 live and add white as a rookie going in with 37/5 split

Welcome to Demonland: Picks 7 & 8
interested what u see in lindsay and NHH that you don't like about farrow, or is your thoughts that wright down the order could be as good and more available?

2025 List and Contract Details
isnt it 34 and 4 so drafting at 7,8,37 and adding white at 66, takes us to 38 and no rookie picks with taj holding on for 12 months
-
2025 Player Reviews: #40 Taj Woewodin
we can go in with 38/4 so no rookie spots and draft at 7,8,37 and then add white at the end of the draft with 66 which would mean taj holds on

2025 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
i think we split 7/8 to become 5 and 13 so for me grjl and dovaston would be the targets

The List Manager Tim Lamb
I'd assume the FD has Campbell, McAdam, May and McDonald and Laurie's papers stamped, Woey too if he gets to the start line Adams, Jefferson, Kentfield almost certainly will get 1yr-ers at least as "depth" if they havent broken through. AMW, Culley, Sparrow, Henderson, Johnson would therefore be in your playing for a contract bracket Mentha should only need to turn up to get a third year on the B list leaving Melky to be a form call and the rest are priorities, Bowey, Turner, Salem, Fritsch, Chandler

Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
we have collectively learnt nothing in the last 3 years, it really is exciting being a dees fan, how did we ever win one? Us and essendon just doing everyone else favours come trade time... stock standard and bonafide, can one be both??? it is scary that in my rolling power rankings he slides in at 23rd because he shouldnt be anywhere above 30 for anyone anymore

a talented small forward would not go astray, and a HBF

Farewell Christian Petracca
i dont like sharp, hes the old school accumulator without poise/foot skills, similar to smilie last year and i guess clarry to some extend, theres room for those types in teh afl but probably no longer a priority in the top 5. grjl is growing on me, and ur interest in rogers probably is a nod to that type of player robey is the long term target and im still a dovaston man

Leek Aleer
we're probably in the market next year at least for a draftee or swinging jvr if he has a poor year. 2026 will be may and mcdonalds last and adams would be 50:50 at best to get a 5th season next year, and thats without regarding how lever's knees/ankles hold up and whether he looks to cash in on a north melbourne type deal or tries to find a flag somewhere.

Bailey Humphrey
two thiings can both be true, yes i think two top 10s could both walk into our starting side next year but that doesn't mean its not a weak draft and im sure if given the chance we would prefer to be picking from a stronger bunch. the profiles in the 5-15 range dont have explicit stand out traits like in other drafts and you could easily walk into a hobbs/tsatas/clark type of so:so midfielder. langford was a really good prospect and would probably be 1 in this draft, so if there was the chance to move further up or push one back a year i have no doubt we would look to do so, or split them to target needs at 15-25 if thats where who we likes is going to fall
