  1. Freo watering down their draft picks the cunning rats.
  2. anything less cannot be an option. they are rightfully asking for more than pick 5 for Neale and Hogan is worth more again.
  3. yep really hope we can keep him. His value is highest staying with us. great team player and came back magnificently really after such a long lay off for a big unit.
  4. Mahoney got bent over for the Lever trade. I donโ€™t trust him yet.
  5. if we get May it will be a case of where will Oscar and Frost fit.
  6. well it can set an impossible benchmark to expect never to cop a bad loss. I thought pies looked an ordinary football side one week ago against GWS and could have a flag on Saturday.
  7. where are demonlanders congregating ?
  8. i think people are confusing poor forward line play with bad kicking. We set up well at times. Petracca great positioning drops a sitter, ANB front and square perfect crumbing, misses a sitter, Jones misses a very gettable shot. If our 1.10 was even 5.6 we would have hit the 100 points mark, our usual benchmark.
  9. for the first half. Richmond smashed them after half time.
  10. For gods sake will this pillaging ever end. Hope he stays.
  11. that was superb and exactly what we've been bemoaning the last few years. i.e it wasn't a blind long kick to the square with 3-4 eagles ready to spoil. Eagles had us covered everywhere, massive pressure and Kent got a yard of space at centre half forward. Harmes had the composure to change direction and stab a neat pass and Kent kicked the winning goal. No doubt Kents pace is what weve missed as well. a decent first game back.
  12. of course he is. Scott is king of the top ups.
  13. Based on Sundays game Im not sure how useful McGovern is as a forward. lacks some skill and class for mine.
  14. I wonder if a Weagles supporter posts with guilt after every home game, year after year ? I wonder.
  15. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. There is one team in the entire league that gets an unbelievable ride from the umpires. Over the last 13 years all teams have experienced a positive and negative free kick differential over time. There is only one team in the entire league to have had 13 years of positive free kick differentials. THATS NOT RANDOM. or calling free kicks as you see it without influence. 13 years straight. Back in the days of Cameron Bruce and Brad Green we flew to Perth and the free kick count late in the second was 23 to 1. So my god !! if we got the rub of the green for one single game it was long long long overdue.
  16. What? He is consistently marking a release kick on the boundary. Week after week.
  17. Itโ€™s unfortunate but when the heat went up Garlett defensive pressure was pathetic at times
  18. his opponent had zero stats. that's the real story.
  19. Hogan is light years ahead of Weideman. not sure how you conclude that.
  20. Wow. Little faith there. He got 15 posies and did enough. Didnโ€™t see the world on fire but you could see he was feeling his way into it. Give him a few weeks. He was equal with JKH at least and should improve on that. Give him another game see what happens. Also like to see Kent get back to Gis early season form. Underrated earlier in the year. .
  21. yes his kicking is reliable and decision making very good. He is a natural. I wish he had more toe but hey you can't have everything.
  22. Was exceptional tonight. Very good all round game. Kicked the clutch goal at the end.
  23. yes but that's about it maybe elite vision as well.
  24. its a good sign to see the 2nd and 3rd categories so well stacked. I generally agree and maybe Lewis and Vince will drop off a bit in their autumn years now. I think the extra we will gain from Salem and Brayshaw will be more about getting them consistently on the park and performing. They already have both shown plenty. same goes for Hogan. I also think Oliver can improve quite a bit in metres gained. so often he doesn't go forward almost by auto pilot. he could break games open more and become even better.
  25. not to mention Lever is young as well.
