WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MAJAK DAW
In Harmes Way replied to Lord Nev's topic in Melbourne Demons
I’m not sure the club will do much better than Majak as a backup option - for all the posters here saying no, who should we go for instead? I wish him all the best with his second chance, hope he grabs it by the ears.- 445 replies

If GCS folded and moved to Tassie, I feel it would be an oxymoron to have the Hobart Suns

To the optimist the glass is half full, to the pessimist the glass is half empty To the MFc supporter there is another half a dozen glasses needed

Just a very impressive showing against quality opposition, who were always going to make a charge. Great win for the girls. Go dees

Hope the boys play like that this year.

Great ball movement and desperation love Goldie in the backline

Definitely taking advantage of what seems to be the scoring end even though it doesn’t look windy

Great kick for goal from the pocket Shelley Scott

Ripper of a kick from Daisy to setup Tegan’s goal

Should have gone with “Kozzie, Kozzie, Kozzie - oi, oi, oi: Where are you?”

Trac reminds you of yourself PF > Lost half my coffee with that gem. Loved the report, super effort. Thanks very much -
From the club's twitter account today at training. Got to admire the resilience. Webber was all over it when he suggested there was nothing stopping Sam building the upper body. Looks like he's made a pretty good start of it already.

We also have Max who can spend time forward if necessary as a tall option. If I was going to supplement the list, it would be a backup for Max rather than a key forward (who could then also be a resting forward option).

Great report and welcome to Demonlad. With a report like that, you can promote yourself from the back pocket to full forward. -
Melbourne - premiership contenders?
In Harmes Way replied to dazzledavey36's topic in Melbourne Demons
I was enjoying the read until I got to the last line "Because Melbourne are coming, and in 2021, no one is safe in this premiership challenge." This just reminded me of the Carlton slogan "They know we're coming" or whatever it is.....what a letdown! -
AFL & ASADA to share Essendon drug saga documents
In Harmes Way replied to Dees2014's topic in Melbourne Demons
Nice for a change that it's another club having an historical issue dragged back up through the preseason. If I had to go through another regurgitation of tanking it would do my head in. -
Yeah agree - I can’t believe Sicily is better than May

TRAINING: Wednesday 3rd February 2021
In Harmes Way replied to DurriePirate's topic in Melbourne Demons
Given they’re analysing Steven May manning the mark in the video, it’s not too far off topic (compared to other threads) -
I feel like the mood of this thread is somewhat an impact of the club training in Timbuktoo. We used to have a lot more DL intel from Gosch's training sessions, providing multiple sources of substance to allow more informed opinions. Now MFCSS is running rampant.
